The house is in a great location. 12 minute drive to Disney's Animal Kingdom and 22 minute drive to Universal Orlando Resort. The house is also a 7 minute Drive to the newly developed Sunset Walk with plenty of good places to eat and good entertainment. There is a Walmart Supercenter and a Publix supermarket 8 minutes away for all your grocery needs.

Relax on the outdoor private jetted hot tub after a day of walking in the parks with a nice view of a natural reserve. The House is perfectly situated within the Paradise Palms community. It is on a side street away from the noise of Paradise Palms with no neighbors on the back of the house.

The house has a lot of fun and relaxing amenities including:

Additional notes
-No hidden fees or additional Resort fees
-Pool/spa heat included with the nightly rate. Pool heater works on a heat exchange mechanism and will not work well when the temp outside is below 60F which is rare for FL
-No additional fee is charged for use of BBQ but you will be charged a BBQ cleaning fee if you don’t clean it before you leave

Great experience!

Golf Trip

Great hot tub and pool, close to golf courses that we play. Kitchen well stocked. No issues of any king. Would stay here again. Will try to book for next year.

Extended Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This host has been thoughtful in this property. The furniture is sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. No extra cost for pool heat or grill usage. All I f these things set this property apart! We have used VRBO many times and this is truly our favorite stay. We are planning now for our return next year.

Family Gathering

We chose the property due to the 2 first floor bedrooms as well as the walk in shower in the master bedroom. The house was clean and well stocked. The other family we met there that rented another property close by kept commenting on how well stocked the house was. All the kitchen essentials were there plus some. The pool and hot tub were comfortable and clean. The only negative is the distance from the Clubhouse. It's a walk through a wetland area to get to the club house and snakes were sighted during a couple of times. Using the trail after dark was questionable. Overall the house did not disappoint and would stay here again.

Thank you for your review. The house is on a quiet side street of the community away from the noise. I think that is a positive. There are 3 ways to get to the clubhouse. 1. The best way is a 2-3 min Drive using a car. 2. 10 min walk using the bridge over the natural reserve as a shortcut. You may encounter wildlife on this bridge. 3. 16 min walk through the outside street using the sidewalks and avoiding the natural reserve. Better at night if walking.

House was as listed. Pool was nice and good layout of main floor for family gatherings

We were charged 150.00 US for cleaning of grill. Cleaning staff said it was dirty. However my husband had to clean grill prior to using it to cook hot dogs on day of our arrival. He cleaned the grill after each use He feels , it was cleaner upon our leaving the home than when we arrived. The fee for cleaning is outrageous as a new barbecue can be bought for that price. This has discouraged us ftom ever renting a VRBO home again and we will be sure to let our family and friends know about this issue.

The cleaning team checks the grill between each guest and found the grill in a dirty state and provided photographic evidence. Somebody had to go clean it before the next guests arrived. The checkout instructions are clear that a fee would be applied if a grill is found dirty or if new damage to the home is found by the cleaning team. The dirty grill was not the only issue found for these guests. The stove top had excessive scratches somehow and stained towels had to be thrown out. The cleaning team reported they left the home in a very dirty state. I’ve been working with my cleaning team for a long time and I trust them. They very rarely report damage or additional cleaning expenses that would require a fee.

Horrible Access Experience

Was very unpleased with the long lines at check in! Cars were backed up in the street due to not having access to get in the gate. If your name is not on the list you can’t get in. It’s a horrible process when trying to check in considering we then had to come back out the gate and go around the corner to get to our property and if you are in the car alone you have to get out the car to use the keypad which is on the passenger side. Just was horrible. I will not use this property again.

occasionally a lot of people arrive at the same time and the security guards that check people in at the gate are overwhelmed. This line is only there for the first check in. once you have the pass there is no lines to get access to the property even if other people are trying to check in at that time. it is true that the reader of the parking pass is on the passenger side but it is reachable from the driver seat for most car types. The community is working to improve the access experience.

Amazing Stay

This house was a great stay for my friends and me. The pool was heated and the hot tub was amazing! I would definitely stay here again for EDCO.

Nice Place- Check-in Process Not so nice

Property was super clean and spacious, only issue was checking in to Paradise Palms gated community. We waited nearly 45 mins to get gate pass, traffic was backed up it was stressful.

Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes particularly during holiday season a lot of people arrive at the same time and the security guard is overwhelmed in granting the initial entry pass. This only happens the first time you enter the community to receive an entry pass. Once you have the pass there is usually no line to enter. The community is working on improving the check in process to prevent long lines.

Disney World adventure

We stayed two nights and our stay was excellent. The house was large, clean and great close location to get to Disney World. The hot tub was nice to soak your legs in after a long day of walking around Disney World. Resort pool and rec center area was very nice. They served refreshments and food at the pool and we would give it a high rating. Great visit. We would stay again.
