Spacious 2,800 sf House with four bedrooms with their own end-suite baths. Full house for you and your family to enjoy, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total. Key West inspired architecture with lots of open air porches. Open concept floorplan with high ceilings, stonework, and ornate detailed finishes. Travertine floors and venetian plaster throughout the home. It features a 75 feet of private, deep water dock, and deep water with quick bay access. Pool, Jacuzzi, Ice Machine, Bikes, Kayak, and Pool Table to enjoy. Public boat ramp nearby (Dodge Lake). Free flowing, crystal clear canal. Surveillance cameras outside.

Great location for exploring the Keys. We’ve been to Marathon several times, and this is the best rental place at which we’ve stayed. Had one minor issue on Christmas Eve which was promptly addressed by the property manager. Had a fantastic week!

Spacious and comfortable house

Even though we do not fish, we loved our stay at Fisherman's Paradise. The house was very clean, easy to find and easy to gain access on check in. All communication with the host was very promptly answered - not just before the booking (like some) but also while we were there. The beds and showers were great. It's very nice to have all the ensuites to accomodate our adult children who don't like to share.It's wonderful to stay on the water. We saw manatees, parrot fish, barracuda, gar, sgt majors, grunts, pink jellyfish (small) and even a nurse shark. The kayaks are fun, it's nice to have easy access for numerous short jaunts.The kitchen is well stocked.Would love to visit again.

Absolutely Amazing

Our group of four adults had a great time in this beautiful rental. You are in the heart of Marathon but yet it is extremely peaceful and quiet at the house. We were floored at the beauty and quality of the house itself and the location cannot be beat. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay!

Good times!

The house was perfect for our group of 10 (3 couples and 4 kids/teens). Bedrooms were perfect and plenty of room inside and out for everyone to be together or separate. I would highly recommend this property for a large group. The host was very responsive! We loved it!

Beautiful and well appointed

We stayed in this has two years ago and it is even more beautiful now. The house is in great condition, and it has a fully appointed kitchen. The available kayaks made night cruises out to watch the sunset a daily event. The pool was a little dirty after the storm but they quickly arrived to clean it on Wednesday. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The bait freezer, large dock and ice machine make this house a must for fishermen looking to stay. We would love to come back!

The property was not so great. House was somewhat clean. We probably would of enjoyed the outside more had there not been a 40ft boat hooked up to our dock. Glad I brought mine down to use and had to find parking elsewhere. Couldn’t hook up to dock like we rented the house for. Note. The boat stored there was never moved the whole 16 days we stayed there. So 16 extra days paying to park my boat else where, what a deal…Something in the fine print. NOT!!!!!!

Perfect for families

This house was spacious and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 1 baby. Everyone had a bedroom and bath. The beds were very comfortable (and we are picky when it comes to mattresses and pillows). The pool was amazing. Since we didn't have the best weather, we spent a lot of time in the pool which was heated and very comfortable. The kayaks were a hit and we enjoyed paddling along the canals and out into the gulf. We had our own ebikes and loved biking to the 7 mile bridge. There was a top deck to watch sunsets. Very clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

Summer Keys Vacay

House was perfect for our occasion. Enough room for 2 boats on the dock. Swimming pool was great. Boys played pool in the garage. Beds were comfortable, house was comfortable, just a really nice place overrall. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful Stay

This is a perfect home and exactly as pictured, it is clean, spacious and the owner promptly responds with any issue or questions you should have. It is conveniently located on the gulf side of the island with easy access to the Atlantic under 7 Mile Bridge or Vaca Cut. There is a boat ramp right up the road off of Aviation Blvd and it was much easier launching there since it is not as crowded as the launch on Overseas Highway. There is now a charge of $25 to launch your boat and another $25 to retrieve it so having the dock at the house was great as we only had to pay the fees once. We always look for homes with a commercial ice makers since some of our group like to fish and filling the boat everyday can get costly so having the ice maker was a huge plus. There is also a nice fish cleaning station. There are kayaks at the house and a nice platform to launch them from and we had many visits from several manatees during our stay. The pool is fantastic and is bigger than the pictures seemed to show, we used it every day and it was wonderful! There is a lot of outside space to enjoy, the lower level by the pool with nice furniture which stays shaded all day. The main living level right off the kitchen & dining area, another level off the two upstairs bedrooms and finally the upper deck where you can see the most amazing sunsets. The bugs seemed worse this year than we had experienced in the past so be sure to take bug spray. Overall you can't go wrong renting this place it is definitely worth the money and we would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you Elisama! Hope to see you again soon!

Spring Break 2023

Great experience ! Close to 7 mile, heated pool, ice machine was awesome ! Plenty of room for everyone and multiple balconies were a plus ! Pool table and hang out area in second garage made our one rainy day fun.

Great water location

Absolutely loved our two weeks in this Wonderful house! The pool was lovely to swim in every day. We brought our paddle boards and enjoyed leaving right from the dock, down the canal and around the little island, seeing manatees and sea turtles. We grilled and cooked in most nights, wish there had been enough seats around the table for 10 but we made do. Overall highly recommend!

50th Birthday Celebration

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out!! Excellent location to boat ramp, restaurants, stores, etc. Short boat ride to be in the Gulf or to Vaca Cut to be on the Atlantic side. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to any requests/issues. The only issue we had this trip was the ice machine was out of commission, while inconvenient, it was not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again!

Celebrate in the Keys

There were 8 of us on this trip celebrating birthdays. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The pool was very nice as well. The pool heater stopped working and the property owner had it fixed the next day. We all would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Fishing Trip

House was very clean and everything is upgraded. Pool area was fun for all the buddies. Short ride out to the ocean, plenty of fish and lobsters.

Awesome house and canal.

Everything worked properly and was in a good location and awesome deep water canal. The Poole was great. The front door handle would fall off but it slides right back on. The host was easy to contact and will reply quick.
