WE ARE OFFERING A 5% DISCOUNT THROUGH JANUARY 31ST! IT IS AUTOMATICALLY FIGURED INTO THE QUOTE!

Reel Life 2 has everything! 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms, canal front, private dock (boat up to 35'), large private pool, Tiki Hut with flat screen TV, large grill, 2 bikes, 2 paddle boards, 1 kayak and a natural landscape view across the canal! Plus, Sombrero Beach is just down the street (1.3 miles). There is plenty of parking for several cars and a boat trailer (covered parking for 2 cars). You are allowed to bring either one boat or jet skis, not both (it is against Marathon law to tether boats in a waterway).

The attached Villa is located on Sombrero Beach Road, which has a long wide sidewalk all the way to the beach! Perfect for walking, running, biking! There are two grocery stores and a pharmacy half a mile away! Centrally located in Marathon, everything you would want to do is not more than 10 minutes away! Amazing restaurants and activities are all very close by!

The Master is upstairs, facing the water, and has an en suite bathroom. There is a Junior Master downstairs with a King bed and bathroom that also open to the kitchen. There are two other guest rooms upstairs, Queen and 2 Twins, that share a hall bath. The property has a pack n play, high chair and baby gate.

Marathon is just an hour from Key West and 40 minutes from Islamorada. Bahia Honda State Park is less than 20 minutes away. Marathon has lots of fun and interesting activities on and off the water! The Turtle Hospital, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key, Aquarium Encounters, Golf Course, Children's Park and Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key to name a few!

We were here over Christmas 2025! Weather was great, property was fantastic in a great location with everything you could need. We had two families with kids and after reporting some damage (that we said we would pay to fix) that happened by accident I felt like the property manager ran with that. We are active VRBO renters and have never had any issues in the past. After checking out she claimed the house was "trashed" because in the teens room had a handful of trash left in it as we left early. All the other trash was taken out all the towels were washed and folded except what was in washer and dryer, dishes we all washed, bedding stripped etc. She claimed a table was broken but in a picture she sent of "trashed" room it appeared to be intact. The pool was another issue as it was cloudy when we left. I just wouldn't recommended if you are going to have kids as they clearly don't align with the their expectations and giant list of rules! Other than that the area was friendly and safe and lots to do! All the guys did a fishing trip and gals swam with the dolphins at Dolphin Connections.

The house was clean and in great condition. There was lots of fishing equipment, and toys for the kids. Meredith was a great host.

Loved this place!

Meredith is awesome to work with. The house and pool were perfect. The dock worked perfectly for our rented boat. Really enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool. Great place! We will be back.

Perfection!

Great place for family and friends. Plenty of room in and outdoor to relax. Home has everything you could possibly need kayaks, bikes, pool, dock for your boat, etc. Everything was well maintained and clean. Communication throughout was great as well.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reel Life II! The house and amenities were perfect for our group. The backyard setup and accommodations with canal access via boat was awesome. The cabana and pool is a paradise in itself! My kids loved “warmth of feeling like a real home”. The Marathon community is lovely, we enjoyed the local restaurant and shops, as well. Meredith is the best property manager I’ve had throughout all of our many travels. We were flying in during a snow storm, and she went out of her way to accommodate us at another property for two extra days. She was extremely communicative/responsive and provided so much helpful information that made our trip extra special. I will definitely be reaching out to Meredith next time we come to the Keys!

Beautiful place to relax

We had a great time at reel life 2 . It has excellent parking along with everything you would want for a week in the keys . The place was very Clean and the pool along with the tiki hut was excellent. If there was anything negative it would be that the Boat drive to the ocean was a little long. Although was an enjoyable ride considering how rough the ocean was that week .

Great location on Marathon!

Wonderful house close to the beach. The pool and tiki hut were great and it was nice to be able to get out of the sun. It was great for a multi generational family vacation.

This property is fantastic! Great location in Marathon, everything that you could need is close by. The outdoor hut and kitchen is amazing! The property is kept up really well, very clean, the kitchen has everything that you look for in a kitchen.

Family get away

Lovely property. We enjoyed the heated pool, bikes, and the amenities. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable home. Happy that they provided beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Beds and rooms were very comfortable. We would rent again in a heartbeat, from Pineapple Properties. Hosts were very responsive and the handyman was friendly. One chair had a broken leg- we advised the host and put it to the side. We didn’t need it fixed as there were plenty of chairs- the handyman came and replaced the leg immediately. Great location to easily explore the keys, we went to key west, and Islamorada. We enjoyed exploring the area including : Bahia Honda park, the crane point museum and nature center , sombrero beach, and the turtle hospital.
