"Casa Azul Villa" - Beautiful Spacious Home with Private Pool, Dock, kayaks


Large open living area, kitchen, and dining. Sail out for the best fishing in the world. Marathon is known for its beaches and barrier reef, loggerhead turtles' nests with a sandy shoreline, and mangrove creek. We offer paddle boards and kayaks.

We DO NOT offer a hot tub, the circle is a sitting area in the pool.

We have one exterior camera that is directed towards the dock. Only records dock and lake activity. Located on the back wall by the pool.

Kindly, book your pets at the time of the reservation, unapproved pets will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Please note: In the winter you may see seaweed, there is very little we can do about it due to environmental regulations.

Please keep in mind the following fees and let us know if you bring any of these...
Boats: $350 fee per boat to stay at our private dock
Pets: $350 per pet (for the whole stay)

Note: you may experience floating seaweed, they are typically seasonal, washing ashore in coastal areas of the Florida Keys. The scale of these natural blooms often means there is not much direct intervention that can prevent the seaweed from reaching the shore, as the user noted.

Best Vacation!

It was a wonderful place to stay; my husband loved it as well as I, the best part was how hospitable the owners were, so easy to communicate with and so accommodating. That means a lot when renting; you will not be disappointed with the stay!

Great place, well decorated! Quiet and private location with a beautiful view. The manager and the staff was the perfect host! We plan to return soon!

Beautiful house, pier, pool. Fully equipped. Kayaks 3, paddle board,fishing pools.

Equipped better then we thought. We thought the upstair loft had a 2nd bed but didn't. Between the time that we booked and showed up the max occupancy decreased fro 10 to eight. I assume rule change, HOA change. They honored our original booking but , we had to get an air matress for one of the children. We totally enjoyed our stay and would like to do it again.

Beautiful Property!

We spent three nights at Casa Azul. The home was clean and well cared for. Loved the pool and dock. We brought our boat and the dock was perfect. The view is tremendous and we would definitely recommend this property and return!

Great Views

Very nice house on the gulf side of north Marathon. Spectacular views of the sunset and bay. Water is crystal clear right off the dock.

Property was nice. When we opened the dishwasher there was food all in the bottom of it and it smelled like something died. It also did not clean the dishes. We stayed for a week you think someone would let you know when garbage pick up is. They obviously didn’t know either since the garbage can was almost full when we got there. I did ask them about this but should have been out the day we got there.

Wonderful five days at this gorgeous Spanish-style house

My family and I spent a wonderful five days at this gorgeous Spanish-style house, on our first visit to the Keys. The house was exactly as described, and plenty of room for my husband and me and our two teenagers. Everyone had their own space, and the kitchen is great. The location is fantastic, which was a great place to enjoy the view and the sunny days. We definitely recommend it.

LOVE IT!

This was the perfect place! I can not say how much I enjoyed the home and the location. I worked remotely during my stay and had no problems at all. The beds were so comfortable. I had everything I needed, and the views from the dock were amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying again really soon!

Renting again Forward!

Renting again Forward! This house was ideal for our group of 6. The location was perfect. Short distance for most of our interests. The pool is really nice to come back to for a quick cool down. We enjoyed fishing in the dock. Would definitely stay here on a return visit to Marathon.

WE LOVE IT!

We loved the house, the very private just for us backyard, the very private just for us pool, the glorious balcony, the proximity to different restaurants, the comfortable bed. Sufficient room to park cars. It was all just perfect. If we had a question, management was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

COULDN’T BE MORE PERFECT.

COULDN’T BE MORE PERFECT. This well-maintained home is located in such a perfect spot of the keys! You get to enjoy Marathon with all the other keys, which are a perfect drive away. We couldn’t recommend more and cannot wait to return. The communication with the host was efficient and smooth. We hung out in the loft, which is a huge room, played board games that the house offered, and watched movies. Plenty of parking in the house. The yard was very Keys-style manicured with perfectly placed lighting. We will be back!

A nice property in a stunning location that requires more attention

This is a nice property in a stunning location. But it needs more attention, especially with respect to the outdoor area. The pictures on the internet do not show that the dinning area has been transformed into a new and forth bedroom. The new wall takes away some light from the kitchen area which is now somehow dark.

Amazing

This whole experience was unforgettable! We had a wonderful time and every single detail was perfect. The house itself is beautiful, but the spectacular sunsets and views are what completes the experience. Definitely recommend staying here to everybody and I’m excited to be able to come back soon. Thank you to the management for solving our questions efficiently and fast. We really did have a lovely time.

Absolute Paradise

Casa Azul is AMAZING! Can’t say enough about the beautiful location- private backyard-refreshing pool- clean house- and perfect pier for fishing. We caught lots of fish and just enjoyed chilling out. We grilled every night and just enjoyed having nothing to do. Great place to walk and run in the area. Grocery stores close by. The lights throughout the entrance and on the back porch make it seem like an enchanted garden when the sun goes down. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Spectacular sunsets and views!

We are still surprised about this property. It was much better than expected from pictures and descriptions! We spent the entire days enjoying the beautiful view and huge pool. One of our favorite features is that the house is next to the ocean, the dock is spectacular and specially the sunsets there. We used our boat and had a lot of fun. I love how private is this place and you can still find everything you need to a close proximity. The house was tidy and well equipped. However, we stayed a lot in the outsides using the grill and swimming in the pool. We appreciated also that our dogs were allowed as they had a wonderful time running on the backyard. Also the service and attention by the management was great! Thank you so much and we hope to return soon.

Smelled of Rotten Eggs

First impressions are very important and our first impression of this property was of a horrible smell and a property needing maintenance. The smell from the seaweed that was in the ocean, next to the pool, smelled like rotten eggs. It was so strong that it burned your eyes and nose. We could also smell it inside the house. The Property Manager said that the seaweed was disclosed in the listing description, which it was but it didn’t say that the area of seaweed extended across the entire front of the pool area and half way out along the dock. It was also very thick. I have photos that I wish I could add. The other main issue was that the back patio has 3 doors. 2 do not open and the other does not lock. I also reported this immediately. No response…so there is no way to protect yourself and your belongings because the house cannot be completely secured. There were many other problems but these were the most troublesome. We did not enjoy our stay and left 3 days early to finish our vacation at a nice resort with a warm and inviting pool area. The listing photos of this property are beautiful and I was so excited to stay there but the photos are not what I found. It was very disappointing and makes me very afraid the book other properties in the future.
