Villa Gran Vista - Gorgeous Panoramic Ocean Views Villa

This luxurious 7500 square-foot villa is in the exclusive community of Pedregal of Cabo San Lucas. A fabulous cliff and ocean view retreat, Villa Gran Vista is true to its name and features breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean.

The interior design is inspired by sophisticated Spanish Colonial style. Soft, neutral tones in the home are brightened with a blend of classic paintings and local art and carvings. The consistent luxury throughout the villa including all 7-bedroom suites makes Villa Gran Vista the ideal getaway for families, couples and groups of friends. Each individually themed suite has a king bed, satellite TV, phone, stereo speakers & control system to listen to your choice of music coming from the central CD player or iPod station, beautiful in-suite full bathrooms and views of the Pacific Ocean.

The gourmet kitchen is any chefs' dream, with extensive cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with a Thermador 6 burner gas range. A 52' wide screen TV and plush leather sofas are the highlights of the TV/media center. Leather furnishings are also featured in the living and dining areas, along with beautiful, hand-crafted wood furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling walkways connect indoor and outdoor living at Villa Gran Vista.

The private grotto with plush tropical gardens, a Cantera stone fountain and statue is a well shaded and secluded area to escape to when you’re needing to hideaway.

Adjacent to the gorgeous infinity pool and swim up bar is an outdoor grilling area and wet bar shaded by a beautiful Cantera columned and wood pergola. Around the pool, lounge chairs face out towards the brilliant blue Pacific, inviting guests to relax in the sun and enjoy the calming ocean vistas.

*If you booking 7 nights or more, we will offer 7th night free for a little extra incentive! This discount applies to all trips EXCEPT Christmas & New Years' weeks as we have a 7 night minimum stay for those time frames.

Perfect Vacation Villa

This house is awesome! The view is incredible and the house was more than spacious for our group of 7. The property is in a convenient location and the pool and hot tub were just as advertised in the pictures. Amanda was fantastic to work with and helped make the planning of our trip straightforward and effortless. I cannot recommend this property enough. It will make the perfect destination for your vacation.

Beautiful property for a group heading to Cabo. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and essentially around 24/7 for any needs. You will have an excellent stay.

Perfect Family Reunion Location

There were 12 of us, ranging in age from 2-72, and the house worked so well for us. Having such large communal spaces on the top level made it easy for everyone to mix and mingle. We originally arranged for Fortunato and Lulu (who are there for anything we might need) to prepare our dinner the first night as well as to shop for things we wanted to have in the house for the first morning as we were all arriving at different times and it is not easy going out with a large group. Their cooking was so wonderful that we had them prepare dinner for us three additional nights. Some went fishing and caught five marlin. Fortunato and Lulu used our fish to make amazing ceviche as an hors d'oeuvres one evening ( before our steak and lobster dinner) and then made fish tacos for us another night. No one wanted to leave the house in the evening. It was so nice to stay by the pool, eat fabulous food and drink our own homemade margaritas then sit by the fire pit or in the spa. (The savings was significant compared to eating in a restaurant, and much more leisurely) Each morning we would watch the whale watching boats gather and we could see the whales spouting and breaching from the pool deck. Amanda could not have been more helpful in answering all my questions preparing for this multi-generational gathering. I would highly recommend this house.

Women's Retreat

When you book an VRBO you really never know what your rental will be like until you get there. This home was beyond my expectations. Not to mention the hidden gems of Fortunato and Lulu who work at the house. They made our stay so enjoyable. It's because of them and the beauty of the home that I would definitely rent this property again!!

Fantastic! You won’t regret it!

Amanda was amazing in helping me pull together an unforgettable vacation for my friends. I had so many questions and she answered everything promptly and was so helpful! The housekeeper/fantastic cook Fortuna made everything so easy on us, he was able to grocery shop when we ran out of things and was so warm and welcoming. Everyone felt so comfortable around him instantly! It was so nice to rent a home but also have support and cleaning on a daily basis. The house and view was incredible! Having so many bathrooms made it wonderfully easier for a group of 13 women to get ready without having to battle for the bathroom and having a pool with a swim up bar and jacuzzi hot tub with an ocean view was icing on the cake! The rooms had fantastic views, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked with pantry items like spices and napkins, they have shampoo and hair dryers and a safe. Great tv and fair WiFi. This was the best house I’ve ever rented on vacation, I hope to come back again soon! Everyone is raving this is the best girls trip they’ve ever had and in no small part because of all the help we had in planning it and having support while we were there!

THE BEST! The view, the house, the food! Everything!

Where do I begin?!?! This house was PERFECT and exceeded all expectations! Our group had THE best time. The photos do not begin to do this house justice. The pool area is a dream and each room has an amazing view. Fortunato was THE BEST. His food was SO darn good and so was just his presence! The house was fully stocked with everything we asked for upon our arrival. We would book again in a hearbeat! Thank you for having us!

AMAZING Experience - 40th Birthday Party

We booked this amazing home for my 40th birthday party and it exceeded every expectation I had. From the booking to the last goodbye, everything was perfect. Amanda will help you every step of the way answering every single question in a very timely manner. The house attendants are more than anyone could ask for and truly kind souls. We hired them to cook dinner twice and the food was amazing! They would restock our beverages, made us delicious snacks and helped create the perfect atmosphere each day. I highly recommend any of their properties if they are this accommodating. Everyone in my group said they would use this house or others they owned after this experience. The only negative was having to leave this paradise! Thank you so much for a vacation to remember!

The entire property is set up just perfectly! Upon arrival Fortunato had margaritas and Salsa/Guac waiting. He was happy to grocery shop and make any meals we requested! The home was beautiful and well maintained. I would go back in a heartbeat and stay here. Fortunato was an amazing addition to the home and we felt pampered. LOVED THIS HOME!!!!

Amazing!

We were at the Villa Gran Vista to celebrate my 50th birthday with six other couples. The photos do not do it justice! All the bedrooms have beautiful views with king size beds and their own bathroom.The pool and hot tub area is beautiful with plenty of room for all 14 of us to relax. The fire pit was nice to have when you wanted to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The living room has two different areas with large accordion glass doors that open to pool area to create a feeling of being outside. The bedrooms are situated that all the couples had privacy and be able to take a nap during the day or go to bed when they wanted without being disturbed. The house is 5 stars hands down! Fortunate and the whole staff are the care takers who cook, clean, grab groceries, ice, refill the fridge with beers, water, etc without you ever feeling they are under foot or in the way. They were unbelievable and amazing cooks! Amanda was a pleasure to work with from the moment we booked the trip. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner Fred who is a class act and super nice guy! We are all trying to plan a return visit in the near future. Thank you Fred, Amanda, Fortunate and staff for making my 50th a trip that we will not forget. Mary and John Younger

Amazing views & amenties

We have stayed in Pedgregal several times over the years, Villa Gran Vista was by far the most beautiful, comfortable & well appointed Villa we've rented. The Villa has 7 bedrooms, all King size beds, all en suite, all with ocean views, each room has its own private patio. Amazing views of the Pacific ocean, beautiful pool with swim up bar, large patio with built in barbeque, lots of chaise lounges, patio tables & chairs - the deck is wonderful place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. The Villa Gran Vista has a caretaker on staff who took care of our every need. He is a talented chef as well and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the Villa during out stay. The Villa has a well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, and the home lots of space to stretch out in. The property manager for this Villa was also extremely helpful & responsive to our questions and needs. We would highly recommend Villa Gran Vista to anyone looking to accomodate a larger group, it was truly a wonderful experience staying there.

Family trip

My wife and I celebrated out 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren at this fabulous place. The pictures do not do it justice. It was everything as advertised. Fortunato and Lulu are wonderful hosts and made some spectacular meals for us. They certainly added to our enjoyment there. Amanda answered all my questions and helped with transportation needs. Amazing Accommodations and Service!! Just Exceptional!

Villa Gran Vista is just perfect! I traveled there with 10 other girls for my bachelorette party and we received nothing but exceptional service from the moment I inquired about making a reservation! Amanda took care of us from day one and answered all of our questions about staying in the villa. She is nothing less than fantastic and is always eager to help. Upon arrival at the villa, Fortunato took amazing care of us. He and his staff made sure everything was in place and made us feel like we were at home! Anything we needed, Fortunato didn't hesitate to make happen. I already miss his wonderful energy and smile!! We had chefs cook for us twice... once for lunch and once for dinner. Both meals were delicious and wonderful. They definitely spoiled us while we were there!! The pictures do not do this villa justice. It's just amazing. Every room has an amazing view, spacious bathroom, and amazing closet... EVERY ROOM! There are a lot of stairs, but the good news is that you don't have to workout while you're here :) I can't recommend Villa Gran Vista enough... I cannot wait to go back there or one of their other 2 properties! I'll definitely be making those plans very soon :)

Piece of Paradise. When can I go back?

From start to finish, the Villa Gran Vista is EVERYTHING you want and more. I planned a bachelorette weekend for 15 ladies in their early 30's but can imagine going back with a family or couples etc and having as great a time. Each room is a large king suite with private bathroom and patio/balcony and view of the ocean. In addition to the rooms, the living room, kitchen, and TV area are spacious and perfect for socializing. The POOL though is what's special. We were there in early January and the weather was perfect to be in the pool all day and we were fortunate enough to see whales a few times! The house is well kept, clean, and beautiful. Amanda, the main contact, was quick to respond and answered every crazy question I had BEFORE I booked. Once booked, she was wealth of knowledge and put me in contact with transportation and massage companies. As others mention, Fortunato, the on site caretaker is discreet and always helpful. He prepared 2 meals for us and we've never eaten so well. I, like others, dream of the day I can go back to paradise.

Beyond Amazing

We spent 3 nights at the Villa to celebrate my 50th birthday with 6 other couples. The pictures truly don't do this house justice !!! It is paradise and impeccable in every sense ! Every couple had their own suite with their own bathroom and ocean view. Amazing ! The pool view is uncomparable - we didn't even need to book a whale watching excursion as we saw plenty from our view in the villa pool! Beyond the spectacular features of the Villa itself, all of the staff we dealt were extremely responsive and accommodating . Amanda and Fred dealt with every question I had prior to arrival in no time at all . Fortunato kept us fed in high style. We arranged to have food and beverages upon our arrival and it was perfect ! Best sangria ever! My husband worked out a birthday dinner menu with him when we arrived and he completely nailed it ! My guests are still raving about it ! Thank you all for such a memorable experience ! We will most definitely look for a reason to come again!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Villa Gran Vista form June 4 to 11th. Through all phases of the reservation to the on site staff was excellent and very professional. I've stayed in several other homes in Pedregal but found the personal touch here far exceeded all the others. The house was awesome with a great view, swimming pool, bbq and everything you would need in kitchen. All rooms had a view and king size beds. We will be back!!!!

Simply spectacular!

I have stayed at Villa Gran Vista twice now. Once with 7 partying couples and once as a family reunion/40th birthday celebration with 4 kids. I can honestly say both stays were simply spectacular. From the first interaction with Fred the owner, to Amanda his office manager, every detail was simply taken care of, without hassle. They truly exemplify professionalism and the level of service is 1st class. The Villa is spotless and huge. More than that, each of the 7 bedrooms are all master suites. All with the same spectacular pacific ocean views. Thanks to being built into a hillside. The Villa just works so well for large groups never feeling cramped at all. In fact the Villa has been designed so well that there are lots of perfect focal points to gather around. Like the fire pit, or the swim up bar, or the media room, pool table. The list just goes on and on. All this and I haven't EVEN GOTTEN TO THE BEST PART. Lulu and Fortunato the resident chef/house keepers (they live below the Villa, in a separate house) are simply AMAZING. They are the reason I will be booking another trip to this great Villa. We had Fortunato buy groceries for the Villa before arrival and cook breakfast for us every morning and we had the pleasure of his cooking again when he made a couple dinners too. I'm a chef, a Food Network chef and he impressed the heck out of me. Keep up the spectacular work!! If you are planning on staying here, do yourself a favor and ask Fortunato to cook for you. He was such a pleasure to be around, he even would rustle up salsa and guacamole without asking while we splashed around in the pool. Clearly you can tell I had a great time. Both times. Incredible Villa and Exceptional Staff!

Just got back from a long weekend in Cabo with 11 of my closest friends. Villa Gran Vista was the perfect house for such a large group. Booking and planning were very convenient and hassle free due to Amanda's excellent response time and willingness to answer any question we had. Lulu and Fortunato kept the place spotless even with so many people. The views from this villa are incredible, with ocean views as far as the eye can see. Highly recommended if you are looking for a villa close to the action of Cabo san lucas and want a first class experience from start to finish!

An Incredible Experience

I celebrated my bachelor party with 13 of my best friends at Villa Gran Vista. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Dealing with Amanda was a pleasure—she was helpful, responsive, and enthusiastic when answering our questions and making sure we had all the information we needed for the trip. During our stay, Fortunato and Lulu went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied; they cooked us amazing shrimp quesadillas, kept the kitchen stocked, and even had new connection chord installed so our phones could play music through the surround sound. The housekeepers kept the place spotless—which was a feat considering there were 14 of us. The Villa was relatively private, and we always felt safe. If you’re going to Cabo with a group, you can’t go wrong with this place. It was a big part of our incredible experience. Thank you!

Pedregal as a community is only seconds to town yet has a feel of being miles from the city life and lights. It is a gated development with a high level of security. Additionally, Gran Vista is incredily private and secure with wrought-Iron fencing and gates.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

No matter which direction your facing, there are beautiful views. To the South is the Pacific Ocean unobstructed and while swimming in the infinity edged pool, you feel as though you can just reach out and touch the Ocean. Looking to the North is the Pedregal mountain with its natural wind etched granite rocks that give the feeling of strength and permanency. As your facing the Ocean in the morning, the sun is rising to your left and continue to provide you with warmth and sun throughout the entire day until it sets off to your right, over the Pedregal mountain top.
