Spacious, open-living concept with garden view

Paki Maui 327 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the third floor with partial ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Stay cool with a mini split A/C unit in each bedroom. The master bedroom features its own private lanai and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. Off of the living room, you will find the updated guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen. Ample counter space provides counter seating for 5. Dine al fresco on the main lanai with a dining table for 4 and the lush garden surrounding you.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Overall our stay was good! The condo was in a good location. The kitchen was fully stocked. Laundry machine and dryer in condo was perfect for washing towels. Beach chairs provided were awesome and saved from having to rent. Bathrooms a little outdated but functional. A nightstand for both sides of the bed would have been nice. We would stay at this location again though!

Wonderful time in Maui

The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Was perfect for what we needed. Not much to do at the property itself - there is a pool but beach is in the park next door. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable spot to stay while visiting the island then this is a great place to do so.

Great location and amenities

Great property and location with a nice pool and lawn area for infants to play. Beds were comfortable and clean. Nice appliances and kitchen wear.

Wonderful Maui

We loved our stay at Paki Maui 327 - close to the beach and lots of handy amenities. The place was lean and was exactly as presented in the photos. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Loved the views of the mountain and rainbows from the balcony!

Perfect location

This property had everything we need for our stay. Love the little extras beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. This also had a washer and dryer. Place was very clean and even had a little gift for our arrival. I thought this location was good shopping for local made items right across the street and plenty of food options too. Thanks I will be back.

Amazing Stay in an Amazing Location

This property was perfect. In a very convenient location with stores nearby. Food places and outdoor mall just a short drive away. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking. Some of the best views I have ever seen. I want to bring my family and kids back. Pool and hottub were awesome. Loved my stay. Only complaint is that the floors could have been cleaner.

Maui Adventurers

Had another great trip to Maui! We like to do a lot of activities and are comfortable driving so this location was fine. Easy to get here, property was VERY clean, all the pots, pans etc that we needed. Sufficient seating for all 6 of us. Property management support for minor issues was fantastic - extra blanket was here in a matter of hours during holiday times! We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal Condo with Perfect location

My first time to Maui for a wonderful fun filled and relaxing vacation. Condo offers a relaxing updated environment with all the amenities(washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, pool, lounge chairs by the ocean) you will need for your vacation. Conveniently located to grocery store, fabulous Fish market offering same day fresh caught fish, breakfast at Slappy Cakes, evening local food trucks and Ka'anapali Beach for swimming.

Paki Maui 327

The condo was really nice. Everything was clean and tidy and there were plenty of towels and home goods. We could hear the waves from our room at night and it was very soothing. We had a problem with the sliding glass doors and it was immediately taken care of by staff. The second bedroom was a bit small and the toilets got clogged a few times (a plunger was provided). We also had a problem with tiny ants in the bathroom, but it wasn't a major deal. We also had a small view of the beach since we were the last unit in the building, but that was my booking. The beach area was lovely and there were plenty of lounge chairs for the guests. They had a BBQ and a pool, but we did not use those, although I did see others use this amenity. Truly it was a wonderful time and I would go there again.

Perfect Location But Less Than Perfect Stay

PROS - Amazing location!! - Beach directly beside is perfect for families with young kids (breakwater, shallow, warm, trees for shade, bathroom, and a playground) - Close to restaurants and a short walk to the ABC and Times Market - Provided beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and sand toys - Renovated kitchen and master bathroom sinks - Nicely decorated and there was a large sectional sofa - In suite washer and dryer and dishwasher - Provided basic toiletries, kitchen essentials, and supplies for unit - Nice clean pool and hot tub CONS - Last unit close to the road so lots of noise from the street, the garbage chute, and the roosters - Unit needs a really good deep clean - The king bed mattress was shaped like a W, with huge dips on either side and a hump in the middle - Communication from My Perfect Stays was slow or non existent - The patio doors and screens are way past their due date and would not open/close properly - There was an infestation of tiny ants in the kitchen Overall, would stay there again because of the amazing location and amenities for young families, however, a little work needs to be done on the unit.

Condo location makes staying here uncomfortable as it is very noisy especially after 9pm. Cars traveling at high rate of speed and loud engine roaring. Transit bus drives through early morning. Rooster crowing early morning so guests do not get restful sleep. The master shower is disgusting with mold. It looks like it wasn't cleaned. Sliding screen doors appear to be broken as they fall off their glide. The guest bathroom door knob is broken as you cannot open door if closed. The exterior building maintenance is lacking. It looks like it needs a good spray wash. Concrete and building dusty and dirty. Carpeted outdoor hall is extremely dirty and not kept swept or vaccumed. Bird feces on concrete. Beach stair well access collapsed and not available. Overall building needs maintenance.

Nice place to stay overall.Well appointed and with all amenities and was nice and clean when arrived. Beds OK, but harder than we like - but that’s a personal preference… Definitely nice to have dryer to fully dry towels after day at beach. Only a peak of an ocean view off balcony but still nice trees otherwise.Centrally located on Kaanapali coast and very close to at least some restaurants and shops.Would gladly stay there again.

Paki Maui is an amazing property and brings up many Joys!

We were out doing activities most of the time, however spent many nights watching the sunset over the water. The place slept the 5 of us comfortably. Very conveniently located to the stores and activities. The only complaint we had is there was a rooster nearby that would wake us up in the night but that can't be helped considering the island hosts all types of animals. We would definitely go back again. Thank You

lovely hawaiian vacation

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the property. Its a great location-walking distance to cute coffee shops, health food market, and snorkel rentals. There is a great beach connected to the property and close access to many more. The pool worked well for us with young kids (enclosed and easy to have it right there). I was disappointed because many of the units at the Paki Maui have views of the pool or ocean but this unit is at the end, so with the doors and windows open, you do hear the road quite a bit. It would have been fine, but I just wished I had known in advance. The only other concern for us was with young kids the high table on the lanai was terrifying. It felt dangerous to have a high top table on the 3rd floor. Other than those two things, the property was exactly as described, well situated, great customer service with teh agency.
