"What a View!" - Beach Luxury with Gulf Views

Welcome to "What a View," our slice of paradise in the elite Tower III at Calypso Beach Resort. Though the resort is less than 4 years old, we've completely refurbished and redesigned our unit to bring the outside "view" inside through immersive beach murals and premium coastal decor that transform every room into an extension of the breathtaking scenery outside.

The star of our condo is the expansive balcony with comfortable seating for 8, where you can witness spectacular sunsets slipping into the water just beyond the pier.

We've even provided binoculars so you can take in the 24-hour panoramic coastline views that stretch all the way to Destin! From our balcony, you'll have a front-row seat to Panama City Beach's exciting developments, including the upcoming Dolly Parton's Pirate Village and Top Golf, both visible from your private perch.

OUTSIDE AND AROUND TOWN:
Calypso Resort offers incredible amenities right on property. The zero-entry heated pool provides plenty of lounge seating with private cabanas available for rent.
After a swim, unwind in the hot tub or by the fire pit. The Tiki bar occasionally features live music, and the on-site Emerald Hub restaurant offers delicious coffee, donuts, sandwiches, and ice cream by the pool.

What truly sets our location apart is the convenience. Six super-fast elevators mean you're never waiting long, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk from the elevators. We're also the closest resort to Pier Park, which you can walk to without crossing a single street! The sidewalk takes you directly there, avoiding all Front Beach Road traffic.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, private balcony, and all resort amenities including the zero-entry heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, and fitness center.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Check-in is simple with our digital entry system, and we provide detailed instructions before your arrival.

WHERE YOU'LL BE
Our condo is ideally situated in Panama City Beach's most convenient location. You're directly across the street from the beach, within walking distance to Pier Park without crossing any streets. Gulf World Marine Park, WonderWorks, and SkyWheel are all nearby attractions.
The Emerald Hub located on the first floor offers excellent coffee, donuts, hot and cold sandwiches, flatbreads, hamburgers, and ice cream without needing to leave the building. For dining out, we recommend Salty Sues and historic Captain Anderson's for a great seafood experience.

​​​​​​​GETTING AROUND
Most guests find they can walk to everything they need, including Pier Park. If you fly into Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, it's just a 20-minute drive to the property. On-site parking is available in the covered parking garage connected to the building.

**Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 Spring Break deposit and a variable check-in process provided with pre-arrival instructions for those reservations taking place between 03/07-04/15. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).

Starting March 31, 2025, the seven oversized parking spaces along the Northside of the parking garage (typically used for vehicles with trailers) will be temporarily closed until Friday April 28th, 2025. Do not attempt to use these seven parking spaces during the month of April. Work areas will be blocked off and secured. Any vehicle found attempting to forcefully parking during this period could be towed away at owners expense.
