Excellent Stay, Wonderful Agency!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have done a beach trip for 24 consecutive years and I think Beach Habitats 30A may be the best, easiest, and most enjoyable experience we have had over that time. That house is wonderful too and the pool puts it over the top.

The location is absolutely perfect! The layout of the home is amazing for accommodating multiple families with children. The private pool. golf cart, bikes and chairs at beach with umbrellas added the extra touch. We made wonderful family memories!!

The only issue if it even is an issue is there is public access on both sides so not really a private beach. Loved the chair set up but people had their tents and chairs within a few feet each day. Overall we loved it and will be back. I would like for the price to have a better stocked kitchen and 2 additional chair set ups. Great stay. Still rate it 5 stars!!!!

Beautiful home right on the gulf. All the provided amenities of bicycles, a golf cart and beach chairs and umbrellas were fantastic. The description of a private beach isn't very accurate. There are 2 public beach accesses on either side of this house that allow for the beach to become really crowded.

Friends trip

We had the best time at this house! The rooms were giant, the pool was perfect and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. Would love to stay here again.

Beach stay

The house is beautiful! Perfect location and proximity to everything. There is construction going on next door, but the workers were there during the day when we were busy on the beach, so it wasn’t much of an issue for us.

Home was Great! Looked even better than the photos. Ease in and out. Great communication with management. Very clean. Central location to everything. Right on the beach. I highly recommend this one!

This is a beautiful beachfront property with an unobstructed view. The pool and deck area are perfect for sunbathing and playing with small children in the pool. Plus, you can see the ocean! Great outdoor seating for meals, it’s covered and seats six. Nice grill too! The private walkway to the beach is definitely a plus and makes beach access so easy!The beach chair set up was awesome, comes with four beach chairs, however our guy was so kind and threw in two more at no additional charge since we had six adults. Make sure to tip your chair attendant, they were great.Only recommendation is to make sure you take extra toiletries and paper goods as supplies were limited Truly, just a starter set.So nice to have the golf cart to go into Seaside as it made parking in Seaside so easy. Definitely recommend this house and host. We had a great week and hope to go back one day.

Great views of the ocean

House and location were great. Our only complaint was the Pool was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. No directions on how to heat the pool were provided not any devices to remove things that had blown into the pool.

Great location, beautiful home

We had an excellent stay at this house over the winter holiday. There were a few issues we came across, but the property management addressed each and every single one in a timely manner. It was a little disappointing to have so many issues for the price we paid to rent this home, but given that they were attentive and quick to fix the issues and even offered a small refund for the inconvenience, we were overall very happy!! The house is beautiful, especially the pool and the ease to get to the beach. Great location and plenty of space for the whole family!

We utilized the recommended beach chair vendor who placed us in front daily without us having to ask (5 stars for them as well). The house is well setup for just hanging out at night with the outdoor grille by the pool and ocean view.

Amazing property

This house was so perfect! It was plenty spacious for our family of ten. The house is beautiful, excellent location, amazing view! The golf cart was very useful and we rented an additional one to accommodate us all. There were great amenities in the house. Especially the fridge drawers on the first floor and on the third floor. The only slight drawback was paying $50 a day to heat the pool and it really wasn't warm enough for any of the adults. Kids didn't mind though. Overall an amazing, very comfortable property!

Check on construction

The team at Habitats 30A were great to work with and very responsive. The house, beach access, beach, beach chair service are all outstanding. The golf cart is a great way to get around town. I would simply caution you to check on adjacent construction before renting or going. The house is on a small culdesac with approximately 10 homes. 3 are under significant construction and the work truck congestion and noise were annoying and distracting.
