Thank you for choosing to stay at the High Top View. We are happy to hear of all the positive findings because cool and cozy is some of what we aim for! Cleanest is also a major goal if not the most important! As for the toilet, I assure you that what you saw was not feces. The rust is an ongoing issue with the toilet. It had a continuous leak apparently and our well water is very corrosive. The unit has not been occupied for a while so the toilet went unflushed for weeks. There is an ongoing search to change it out, but the difficulty is it's an usual size because of the clearance for the shower door. We would have been really pleased and more than willing to take care of that concern right away if notified. So sorry to make an impression of leaving a soiled toilet for our guest! As for the outside, Mother Nature has done a number on us these last seasons and getting good help is hard to find :-( I am pleased to hear that you would stay again! And I promise you and any future guest that you will enjoy clean faculties, and a comfortable hill country stay!
