Enjoy this spectacular Royal Plaza 3 bedroom + den penthouse within the heart of Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village. You will enjoy modern luxury, attention to detail, and commanding ski slope views that only the top floor and its towering windows can deliver, all while being just 200 feet from world class skiing in winter, the heart of Deer Valley's mountain biking and hiking in summer.

The penthouse unit features a large open-plan living space featuring a soaring vaulted ceiling and wood beams. Expansive windows provide striking views of the slopes at Deer Valley Ski Resort. Relax in the great room, or enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and ample prep space. A wine refrigerator and dining area for up to 8 guests complete the culinary experience.

This penthouse also features a private washer and dryer along with a boot dryer.

The patio offers yet more views of the mountains and slopes, as well as outdoor seating, dining, and a gas grill.

Three king bedrooms, and three full baths, plus den equipped with desk, TV, and sleep sofa for work, sleeping, or as additional living space.

The large master suite offers a king bed, sitting area, large screen, two walk-in closets, as well as a spa-like ensuite bath with dual vanities, a shower, and a large soaking tub. The master also features a bonus room with an additional vanity, desktop workspace, TV, living area, and queen sofa sleeper.

The second guest suite features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bath.

The third guest bedroom is equipped with a king bed and shares a hallway guest bath.

Moreover, you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference - from luxury robes to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count duvet and linens. We will reach out to you before your stay and are just a quick call or text away throughout your stay. Cleaning before/after the stay is covered by the mandatory cleaning charge, while cleaning during the stay (be it daily, every other day, or mid stay) is optionally available at an additional charge.

This is a one-of-a-kind penthouse that you are sure to enjoy.

Condo is perfectly located to ski in ski out! Gorgeous Mountain View’s! The luxuary mountain mgt team was always available to assist and help in any way. The location to all Deer Valley has to offer is conveniently located as well as the short distance to Park City! The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom floor plan worked for our family. The building is quiet and very clean. We would highly recommend renting this penthouse unit for many reasons!

We were very comfortable and couldn’t be happier about the location - quiet resort and beautiful views. Short drive to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The hosts were very responsive and had great communication. We would highly recommend!

Perfect for family; best mountain access

Very spacious and well appointed. Called the property manager and they immediately addressed our question. Best mountain access which allows members of your party to easily come and go between mountain and unit.

Outstanding modern condo

We absolutely loved staying in this high-end modern condo. The finishes and technology are well above the norm. We found every aspect of the place simply outstanding. The location also is fantastic - can't be beat in the Silver Lake Lodge area in my opinion. The management team was great - extremely prompt communications and just overall excellent customer service. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Family vacation to Park City

This property was gorgeous and huge! It fit my family comfortably (my parents, my husband and my 2 children). Location was gorgeous with some incredible views. Food options in walking distance are limited but good. No need to go out though, with a kitchen as large as this, you want to stay in and cook proper meals. Property manager was helpful and responded quickly. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Excellent stay at Silver Lake base

We had a great stay at the Royal Plaza Penthouse with my in-laws and our two young daughters. Steps away from the Sterling, Homestake, and Silver Lake lifts with breathtaking golden hour views of Bad and Flagstaff mountains, the location could not be beat. The condo itself was beautiful and matched the amenities of most hotels in the area — including a fully stocked kitchen, where we had a private chef from Rebekah’s Kitchen prepare us a gourmet meal one night of our stay. Kristin and Ben were extremely responsive and accommodating, and very easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again on a return trip to Deer Valley!

Unique & Trendy

This is a beautiful property with very high end fixtures. From the Kitchen to the Bathroom it appears that no expense was spared. The views are as good as it gets in the Deer Valley/Silver Lake Area. Parking is conveniently located in an underground garage with easy condo access via elevator. Management communicated well and everything was as promised. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The property was fantastic however we were forced to relocate to another property, the ZubZero had experienced a power surge and knocked out the control panel prior to us arriving. The Owner's Rep, quickly found us a comparable replacement unit in The Canyons.

Well equipped unit very near the slopes and Lodge. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Only negative is all the technology is a bit difficult to use. We couldn’t get the temperature regulated in bedrooms or main living space. Appreciated having the equipment our baby needed and the humidifiers to combat the dry air.

Short Stay was very pleasant

A luxurious condo steps from the slopes. The decoration and finish are a bit unique (well displayed by the photos). We found the lighting in the living room a bit inadequate and the heat (combination of radiant and forced air) a bit hard to manipulate - particularly in the evening when the room was a bit cold. Some of the appliances were awaiting parts so no ice maker. Bedding and linen excellent and bathroom fixtures very high end.

Enjoy the lap of luxury

This 3 bedroom condo in Deer Valley has a spectacular view of the Deer Valley Ski Resort from every room. To accompany that magic is a thoughtful layout and design. We enjoyed just ideas for conveniences we never thought of - like the pull down racks in the master closet; the swing down shelves in the upper kitchen cabinets; electric shades; easily adjusted thermostats; bidets in each bathroom: true luxury and a chance to pamper myself and my family (as long as they don't get too accustomed to the treat). Even more comfortable than the bedding and design was the way the management company welcomed us before and during the stay. Very easy to follow check-in instructions; Parking passes for both vehicles; a book of the condo features on the kitchen table to explain features of the condo, local dining recommendations and activity recommendations.... We stayed a glorious week enjoying the Utah summer. The condo was a short distance from Park CIty Main St if you felt the need to travel outside the Silver Lodge area. Take the bus or drive or bike! We definitely would book again if we were returning to Park City.
