Welcome to unit #350! Our 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, including a jetted tub. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a 2 burner cooktop, dishwasher, and a microwave.
And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great View or Round Lake!

Four ladies in 50s and 60s stayed for three nights. Everything was great. Wonderful maid service, too. Great View! Big bathrooms.Nice balcony. Would come back and share the expense. Walk to town and beaches.Wish I owned a condo in the Edgewater in!

Girls birthday weekend

Check in, location, management all excellent. There was a plumbing issue and they took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Bathroom doors need some adjusting so they close properly and there are a couple cosmetic things that could be addressed but none of these things take away from the excellent location and time we had staying there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day before our arrival they moved us to their “sister” location across the street because of a leak in the rental we booked. The employee that contacted us was very polite and apologized. However the place they moved us to was very small for the 6 of us and only had a small motel size refrigerator and was a much older looking place than we booked.

Great needs update

This condo was a great for our family of four. It was 30 minutes from the ski resort making it an ideal location. My only con is the bathrooms are very outdated with multiple areas cracked and needing repair. The showers in each bathroom hand shower heads at the height for shorter people. Also the master bathroom was freezing cold due to know heat ducts in there. Overall though I would rebook.

At the Edge

Stayed at Edgewater many times. Always nice. Great view of Round Lake and the ducks. Was clean as always. Bathrooms could use full updates or repairs. Starting to show the age. However everything did function and is still ok, and again, was clean, which to me is the main thing. Would recommend.

350 Edgewater Inn

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our group of 3 was very satisfied with the Edgewater Inn. Great location - easy to walk to shops and restaurants and we had a balcony overlooking Round lake which was fabulous. We were able to watch a beautiful sunrise! The entire Inn seems to have undergone significant renovations but Unit 350 needs a little TLC. The main area, kitchen and loft are good but the bathrooms are looking worn and dated. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with enough pans, plates and silverware to prepare breakfast. We were very pleased with our stay and would return to the Edgewater Inn.

Reviewer Comments: front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable giving our experience a positive spin. the location was perfect to enjoy a water view and close to walking the city our room was good , had everything we needed. when we arrived the room had a musty odor. we had to air out, run the water , some sand on floor by front entrance door hot tub did not work and had lots of spiders. Front desk reassured they would take care of the issues when we checked out, very professional. good experience overall

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower/tub drain did not drain. They had to bing a plunger - gross. The skylights did not have any type of shades. Stayed many times in smaller units -1st time dealing with the skylights. So bright at 7 am. The pool was so disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks - so many bugs floating in it. It took an over three hours to get some towels.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing. The best way to describe the condo was everything was done as cheaply and life extended to minimize cost and use as a cash cow rental. The best data points for simple things used where a 1970 Mr. Coffee that didn't stop when carafe removed for first pour, a dorm room refrigerator that wouldn't keep temp and pillows on the beds, pillows that were airplane quality, and bedding that was dated and dusty over years of use. At $600/night is unacceptable. If we were not using for anything other than a base camp it would have been unacceptable at that rate in a premier Michigan resort area.
