209 Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This perfectly preserved condo boasts wood flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a headboard with lots of shelving around the luxurious king-size bed, a tv on an antique armoire style unit, with a roku remote, and a walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate toilet room, a jet tub, and a vanity that offers extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy armchair, tv with a roku remote, honey-oak side tables, and an electric fireplace! There is solid dining-room table with seating for 3. The mid-sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and original countertops. There is a 4 burner electric range, apartment size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The original downstairs bathroom offers a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a beautiful vanity provides plenty of cupboard space. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed with a vintage vibe, plenty of storage and a smart tv. In the closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board. In addition to the cozy interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony provides a stunning view of the Bridge!

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Perfect downtown location for the apple festival. Easy check in. Unit and building is a little dated but clean and everything we needed for the weekend. So still a 5 star stay.

The property location was very ideal! We felt that if it was a one hundred fifty a night it would have been 4 star but at five hundred a night we felt that it fell short of upkeep and cleanliness. Pictures were a little misleading making it look nicer than it really was. The staff wasn't knowledgeable about the pool depth which I feel is something they should know since it was not marked on or by the pool. Overall for the reasons listed above we would give it a 2 star.

Great location, good space

This is not an updated condo, but it is clean. We had 4 adults and 3 children and were ok in the space. Don't plan on cooking meals in the condo, just a couple of pans and one small pot. It was fine for us as we got carry out. There is a small table for 4. The pool was a highlight, heated and indoor/outdoor style. It also had a nice balcony. Matt at the front desk is the very welcoming and always smiling. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Small getaway with our dogs.. go for walks. They were good overnite..

The living room was cold from A/C can't control it because upstairs control it. Front room TV has no CC. Hard to control because of DVD box.. had to watch in the bedroom.. overall was good..

Move on to something better.

This property had some lower scores, so I can not say I wasnā€™t warned. Amenities section is a complete scam. Check in is at 4:00p, pool closed at 4:45p. Our unit had no hot water for the first dayā€¦there goes ā€œin room jacuzziā€, or even a nice shower, for that matter. When I called our emergency number, she said that it was too late for her to come help. There was a lot of air in the pipes, so lots of noise just to wash our hands. It felt like the Motel 6 of Charlevoix. Gross. Just move onā€¦there are better listings, and the $50 you save on this is not worth it.
