This Exceptional Palm Valley Country Club condominium features gorgeous views from every room of lush fairways, sparkling water and majestic mountains. The spacious, smoke free unit has two bedrooms (each with its own private, full bathroom and king-size bed) upstairs and living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath on the main level.

The home comes with a Platinum Membership with access to full golf, tennis and pickle ball.

Recent remodel includes ceramic tile floors, new carpet, wooden shutters, smooth ceiling with recessed lighting, ceiling fans, mirrored walls and closet doors, new range and microwave, and designer furniture throughout. There is a queen size Murphy bed in the nook for additional sleeping space. The patio has a new barbecue island with a stainless steel grill. A serene pool and spa are just steps away from the patio.

The guard-gated PVCC is one of the most desirable in the entire Coachella Valley. The club features two full 18-hole golf courses designed by Ted Robinson, 20 lighted tennis courts, 49 community pools and spas, and a 25 meter club swimming. A golf cart is available for your use.

Christmas in Palm Valley

The property was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was remarkable. He was very prompt with any questions we had. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Beautiful View!

We truly enjoyed our April week at this great Palm Valley Country Club condo. Everything about it was comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, and the location was perfect with a view of the mountains and a pool and hot tub directly out the door. The view from the pool was also great as it is not fenced on the lake side - lots of waterfowl to watch - ducks, geese, coots, herons, egrits, cormorants and more! The course is gorgeous for walks after the golfers are through for the day as well. We certainly hope to return!

Great views and very sage and comfortable community

My wife and I spent a week here at the end of December. Here's what we encountered: Pros: Gorgeous views with water fountain sounds, comfortable master bed and pillows (seriously amazing), friendly neighborhood, strong wifi, every creature comfort available in the townhouse (especially in the kitchen, great pans), having the split level made the space seem bigger, lovely art, great number and quality of towels, comfy furniture, and my fave was relaxing on the back patio in the sun. Cons: The hot tubs in the neighborhood weren't hot and the closest one (pictured in their listing) was cold the whole week even after a call to the maintenance number on the wall by the pool. Also if you like to sleep in late and are a light sleeper you might not be a fan of the golf course maintenance crew nor the train tracks that run just on the other side of the neighborhood wall... but that comfy bed will put you right back to sleep.

Good Location for a family

The property is in close proximity to the pool; the golf cart and bikes were great. The owners were good to deal with. The property is in need of updating and better cleaning - we spent time cleaning upon our arrival. The gas barbecue is in need of repair - there is no ignitor. The kitchen was well stocked cooking utensils, and there was plenty of linens and towels. The neighbors were very friendly. Overall we had a good stay.

Just beautiful! The condo was fantastic… Perfect location. Relaxing and very comfortable. Owners were awesome to deal with! Definitely stay here again!
