Super clean property and very comfortable. We felt very much at home. Beautiful screened in porch for having coffee in the morning. We loved seeing the wild parakeets that landed in the trees in the backyard!

Nice house, 10 minutes from the siesta key beach, publix about 4 minutes, close to everything, Alice is very easy to communicate, we really enjoyed our stay there..

Graduation vacation

The property is very nice. The neighborhood is clean an quiet. The neighbors are friendly. The back neighbor was concerned thst her husky wouldn't like our morkie but once we learned that, we kept her leashed snd walked around the neighborhood sidewalks like other families in the area. The property is convenient to Siesta Key as well as msny restaurants and shops. Its 20-25 minutes from University Town Center, 40 minutes to Ellington and an hour from Tampa.We were able to visit friends and come back to what felt like home.

Charming home and close to everything

This place was wonderful. Charming house and very clean. Everything you could need was provided and the host was great with communicating. Neighborhood was quiet and full of friendly neighbors. Loved sitting outside watching the bunnies hop around. Highly recommend.

A great week by the sea

We spent a great week in Alice's house. She was very nice and helped us immediately with any questions. The house is in a nice neighborhood, offers a lot of space and has very comfortable beds.

Nice little house

This was a very pleasant little house. The kitchen was well-equipped, the towels were fluffy, and the screened patio was terrific at dusk when the mosquitos fly. Best of all for us, it was close but not too close to the grandchildren.

Wonderful stay

The home was perfect. It felt like my home away from home. I would recommend this property to anyone. The host was great. She and her husband were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful home- close to everything!

We were fortunate enough to stay in this cozy - home with great sunlight- spacious yard, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Alice is beyond amazing- if there is anything you need she will get back to you asap and help you- and make sure your stay is fabulous. I truly encourage anyone coming to Sarasota to choose this home. It is well worth it....

Great Florida home away from home

The house is exactly as pictured. You won’t be disappointed with the house, location for short drive to Siesta Key, or the responsiveness of Alice, the host. My husband and I, along with our dog, rented the house for a 2 week stay. The first week, we spent more time locally than planned, since the weather was cloudy and chilly—not exactly beach weather. The Florida room had sliders so that I could work remotely without noise or interruption. The house was immaculate. The furniture and appliances were new; comfortable beds with new mattresses. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We enjoyed morning, afternoon, and evening walks in the neighborhood with sidewalks and bike paths. The bike ride to Siesta Key Beach was about 35-40 minutes. And about a 15 minute bike ride to pick up the Legacy Trail. The closest Publix market and shopping area was an easy 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Shout out to Ride and Paddle on Siesta Key for friendly, helpful staff in renting and delivering bicycles to the house. Probably pretty standard these days—but we did have to get used to only having streaming services for the smart TV. We had an issue with the propane tank for the grill and within 3 hours the owner brought a brand new grill. An other questions that I had through the week were answered promptly by Alice. It would be nice to have outdoor lighting for grilling and patio dining, but we did make Alice aware of this. If the house wasn’t already booked through March of next year, we would be back next February.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Pros: The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was very friendly. The neighborhood was very quaint and quiet and conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. BTW: I highly recommend Gentile Bros Authentic Philadelphia Cheesesteaks and Hoagies. The cheesesteaks and onion rings are the best I have ever eaten and I’m 53. I also recommend the Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream! I would have given a 5-star review for the house, but there were four improvements I would suggest: 1. The backyard light doesn’t work, please fix. 2. The water pressure in the showers was very weak. 3. The beds were way too firm, like sleeping on plywood. 4. There’s no easy way to checkout. I could not lock the door with the code, so I had to lock it from the inside and go out the garage, jumping over the sensors while the door was closing —good thing I’m agile:-) However, in spite of the suggested improvements, I would recommend this house. For extra credit, place a binder in the house with places of interest, restaurants, and shops and checkout procedures, etc. Thanks!

Holiday stay

We recently stayed at this property during the holidays to see family. The property is as advertised; clean, cozy, up to date, well appointed, and located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for walking the dog. The owner is also fantastic. She's responsive and always there to answer any/all questions. We would absolutely stay at this property again!
