• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. In order to properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs.
• The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with other homes in close proximity. Noise must be at a reasonable level at all times, and quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.
• This home is equipped with decibel meters and there are exterior cameras at outdoor spaces.
• Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable.
