Periwinkle is in its own slice of heaven within a coastal paradise. Tropical plants surround the property, and the home's brilliant blue exterior and white trim radiate laidback coastal vibes. A breezy front porch invites you to come in, kick off your shoes, and stay awhile. Upon entering, guests are greeted with an open floor plan and large windows that brighten the space with natural sunlight. Honey-toned floors add to the spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features a white wraparound couch and two blue armchairs surrounding a hardwood drink table that face a wall-mounted smart TV (live TV not provided). It's a cozy spot for casual conversation or catching the big game with your fellow guests. A dining area with a round table and six chairs sit next to the open kitchen. The kitchen has custom white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an island with stool seating that doubles as a breakfast bar. From this level, guests can also access the backyard, which has a sundeck and swimming pool. Outdoor furniture and a grill ensure vacationers can enjoy fun, poolside meals, and refreshing drinks in this private oasis.

In addition to the great room, the first level of this nautical home also houses the master suite. This master bedroom includes a king-size bed, dedicated workspace, wall-mounted smart TV (live TV not provided), and an en-suite bath. Two guest bedrooms are located on the second level. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, a smart TV (live TV not provided), sunny windows, and a full private bath. The other bedroom is great for the kids in the group, as it has two full bunks and access to a sunny balcony that is furnished with rocking chairs. The kids will also love the bonus loft on the third level, which features a cozy couch and rooftop deck.

As if great living space, comfortable sleeping accommodations, and a private pool weren't enough, this home is also conveniently located to all things fun and beachy! It is a short walk to the neighborhood's private beach access, meaning you can find yourself burying your toes in the white sugary sand in no time at all. Once you arrive on the shore, enjoy 2 complimentary beach setups (4 chairs / 2 umbrellas) provided seasonally. It is also close to Gulf Place, where you will find popular restaurants, shops, and even outdoor art galleries. The grassy amphitheater here hosts seasonal events and concerts that will make your vacation even more memorable.
