Total gut renovation of a historic shotgun double, 1 block from the streetcar, close (but not too close) to Tulane, 4 blocks from Oak St, and an easy 10 minute Uber downtown. I keep my home in pristine condition and I'm seeking guests who appreciate that and will treat it with care. Features two large suites (1 king, 1 queen) and a loft above the master (1 full) that shares the guest bath (ladder access - best for kids). Private backyard & grill. Dedicated workspace. Laundry room.

The host was so kind and helpful! The house is adorable with super comfy mattresses and beautiful backyard with porch. Perfect location if you’re visiting Tulane. Highly recommend!

NOLA Turkey Day Stay

Loved our stay at this house! Property was clean and just as described and our host was very communicative and helpful. Location was great for our family and having the beautiful backyard/garden was lovely. Master bed and bath and walk in closet wonderful. Highly recommend this rental would stay here again.

A Peaceful, Perfect Stay!

This is such a beautiful home, in a great location. It was quiet, relaxing, and I always felt very safe. Rich was a wonderful host, and always responded quickly to any questions I had. I especially loved the outdoor space. I will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous spacious rental

In town to visit family during the holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the rental. It was very spacious, safe, convenient location and provided a much needed respite during the holidays. Found it very enjoyable, to sleep in the comfortable beds and utilize the spacious kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there and look forward to staying there again next time in New Orleans.

this is a beautifully appointed new remodel of a existing shotgun house. Rich was awesome to work with and the home is extremely well cared for it so you feel like you’re home when you stay there.

beautiful home in a charming neighborhood

Rich’s home is absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous decor to the water pressure , we couldn’t have asked for anything more . Incredible host wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable in very way. i would come back to New Orleans just to stay there .

Experience NOLA

What better way to experience NOLA than staying at this beautifully well acquainted property exuding New Orleans nostalgia. We had a wonderful time in the large, open conveniently located home. The streetcar was one block away with Oak Street within a short 5 minute ride or brisk 15 minute walk. We will certainly return!!!

Beautiful home

The home was spacious and well kept and very clean. There is plenty of on street parking and waking distance from many restaurants and shops. I messaged the host for various reasons (no problems, just questions) and he was very responsive and clear.

Incredible

We stayed at the property for a weekend in New Orleans, and although I had a great impression of the property from the listing, the place itself far exceed my expectations. The property owner was super attentive and took extra care to make sure every question was answered, not that we had many because he was so proactive. The place itself really was super clean, spacious, beautiful and comfortable, and we truly felt like we were on a relaxing vacation the whole time. HIghly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing NOLA experience!

Amazing and perfect

This is the best rental we’ve ever had in Nola. The house was immaculate, spotless, and oozed style and charm. The attention to detail was great. We meant to bring our sound machine but forgot and were so pleasantly surprised to see a sound machine in the bedside table! We loved our time in Rich’s beautiful home and he made us feel so welcome. Can’t wait to rent this again for another long weekend. Thank you so much Rich!!!

Gorgeous home

The home was gorgeous and extremely clean. The host was very easy to communicate with, and was a wonderful host. Check-in was easy and there was a goodie basket waiting for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were huge beautiful. There were large closets and plenty of space everywhere. There is a large walk-in pantry in the kitchen. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and very private with rocking chairs on the porch. Street parking was always available right outside the house. There is a streetcar stop about a block away that was very convenient. The location was very safe and central to many restaurants and near Tulane. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Incredible NOLA getaway

Incredible unit 15 minutes out of downtown new orleans. Clean, updated, and family friendly! We traveled with our 3 year and nanny and the backyard space was a God send! Quite and safe neighborhood just outside of the craziness of downtown NOLA. Would 10/10 recommend the unit and will definitely rent again next time we are in NOLA.
