Newly remodeled, this Gulf-front can accommodate everyone in your group and is ideal for a family beach vacation or a get-together with friends! The entire condo has been freshly repainted, with a new sleeper sofa and side chair and new rugs beneath the dining room table and the queen bed. The breathtaking gulf and pool views from the balcony allow for peaceful mornings spent watching the sunrise and evenings looking for shooting stars over the water. Watch the pelicans catch their lunch in the emerald-green waters as you bask on the sugar-white beach. Below is the swimming pool and sun deck complete with new patio furnishings, a cook-out corner with several grills, and a pool house with bathroom facilities. This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath suite features a queen bed in the main bedroom, berth bunks for the kids in the hallway, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex includes a Gulf-front pool and a shared gas grill and is close to restaurants and shopping. The Tropic Isles Condominium building is within walking distance of many popular restaurants and entertainment venues.

Great location

Great location for this condo. We walked to dinner every night, the beach was great and not too crowded while we were there. You can rent chairs and an umbrella right on the beach for a great price. Only drawbacks were location of washer/dryer - I couldnā€™t use it while kids slept in the bunkers, and the kitchen didnā€™t have any staples for cooking (seasonings, oil spray, etc.). Weā€™d rent again as a family of 4!

The balcony views were fantastic! We saw dolphins and enjoyed coffee while watching the beach come alive each day. The convenience to the beach and pool were incredible!

Beautiful beach front views

This condo is perfect for couples or a small family. The views are so beautiful, the pool is warm if you need a break from the beach, and the location is PERFECT and close to everything! It was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again the future!

We enjoyed the trip to Gulf Shores. Our daughter stayed at the same condo with her family. So it was a great time. Many things to do and eat within walking distance.

The property was very nice. Very easy beach access. Not crowded. Had an issue with washer and dryer but they compensated us for that. Would definitely rent again.

5 star Beach access

This was by far the easiest access we had to the beach on any of our trips in the last ten years. Going up and down for snacks and bathroom was a breeze. Beach was not crowded. As soon as we walked in, we were faced with a gorgeous view of the ocean- it was a perfect stay!

Long weekend

Very neat and clean. No clutter. Everything we needed was provided and super close beach access. Quiet room and awesome communication with leasing company. We truly enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurants and stores.

Beautiful view

Condo was neat and clean and in a wonderful location! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The only problem we had was that the pull out mattress was super uncomfortable and made a lot of noise.

Condo nice but needs to be cleaner.

The condo was a nice size for two people and had a beautiful view. However we found dishes in the cabinets and silverware with food on them. The bathrooms were not very clean as there was soap scum on the shower curtain and the toilet was dirty.

Great vacation. Cleanliness of the condo itself wasnā€™t that great. Check in was easy but we werenā€™t left parking passes and had a ā€œviolationā€ placed on our car. The first couple of days were a hassle with that. Iā€™m glad we brought our own pillows because there wasnā€™t really pillows or what youā€™d call pillows or blankets to use. We would stay there again but definitely in a different condo.

Great Stay!

I'd definitely book this place again. It was a great location, we loved the unit, and even though we had crappy weather, the heated pool saved us every day as well as the great views from the balcony. The beds were comfy, there were many extra pillows, extra sheets, lots of towels, and toiletries. The kitchen was great and having the washer and dryer came in so handy, especially to quickly dry the constant damp pool towels. The only two notes I had was even though the bunk beds were great, I have a 5 and 6 year old and the top bunk needed a guard rail. The second is the property description says there are gas grills but there are only charcoal. Other than those two things, I wouldn't have any negative feedback, we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good unit, but a couple of things could be improved upon. It took a while to get the old fashioned combination lock box to work to access the door keys. An electronic digital lock box would be much better. There wasn't a decent sharp knife or skillet in the kitchen.

Summer Vacation

The location and condo is great! The beds are the issue. The Queen bed needs different sheets that FIT and as much as we pay they should be better quality than cardboard feel. The sofa bed I know is not suppose to be great but you are laying on springs so donā€™t consider this a bed. Overall, if you get bed situation fix it would be a five star for me!
