Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Condo was great! Very clean. Unit also has a washer/dryer and iron.

Good location

Pool area is very nice. Long boardwalk and long walk to the beach from the boardwalk. Liked having two water hoses to rinse off sand when coming in from the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, storage items and cookware. Liked the double sinks in master bath. We could use both showers at the same time and did not affect the water pressure or water temperature. Booking process was easy. Liked the keyless entry and not having to check in at an office. Elevators were fast and we hardly ever had to wait more than a couple minutes. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice location poor property management company

We had 2 different people from Vacasa waltz in with the code to the room. One briefly knocked, the other simply barged in. We were scared to leave the room for fear someone would come in and steal our work computers. Called Vacasa twice. Nothing was done about it. Very disappointed in the company The condo itself was nice.

We have been going to Orange beach for years and have stayed at several condo complexs.This is the second time at this complex. We stayed in a different condo then this one before. I have to say the complex is nice and the check in was easy. The condo itself needs some up keep for sure. The bedding was thin. Almost like a tablecloth. There is mold in the jacuzzi and the second bedroom tub did not drain. It was fine because it was just my husband and I. If we would have had other guests they would not have been able to use the second bath shower.We did not call anyone about it because we wanted to enjoy our vacation and not be interrupted by maintenance issues. So all that to say a few little issues didn't matter to us we had a great vacation!

Tidewater 608

Easy check (didn’t have to go elsewhere to do so, BIG PLUS!) condo had everything we needed and all functioned well! The only negative is that housekeeping seemed to be a bit slack….. under beds hadn’t been touched by cleaning, from previous renters, garbage under 2nd room bed. Floors could have been cleaner. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and did some cleanup before settling in. There was a shortage on bath towels, but they were brought to us 2nd day there, which wasn’t a major deal. Owner easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. All in all would recommend this condo for sure!
