A beach access point is just across Perdido Beach Boulevard from this two-bedroom condo at Lei Lani Village in Orange Beach, where you'll enjoy fantastic community amenities that include two outdoor swimming pools, one indoor pool, and a barbecue area.

The air-conditioned interior of this condo is bright and breezy, offering a full kitchen, a six-person dining area, and a living room with a flatscreen TV that seamlessly blend into each other. Enjoy a spacious balcony, flatscreen TVs in both bedrooms, free WiFi to keep you comfortable and connected, and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

This condo is located along Perdido Beach Boulevard, three miles east of the heart of Orange Beach. You'll be only a mile west of the Flora-Bama, four miles west of Perdido Key State Park, and even closer to all sorts of restaurants, shops, and conveniences.

Things to Know

Notice: This property has ongoing construction and repairs to the buildings on the Gulf side, across the street from this unit. The Gulf side of this property is where many amenities such as additional pools and beach access are located. Amenities on the beach side (south side) may be closed periodically by the HOA during certain phases of the Lei Lani Tower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Stay!

This is a great place to stay. Pool is very clean and there is ample seating. The access to the beach is across the street but not too far of a walk. Very clean and quiet. Close to other attractions.

Perfect place

The place was clean, was just a short walk across the road to the beach. Pool was always clean. Grill area was so nice. We actually left a few items there and within two days found everything and were shipping it back to us. I would recommend Lei Lani and Vacasa to anyone traveling. Will be booking again.

Great stay!

Property was very well kept, location was perfect! We could get to the beach easily from our condo, as there was a crosswalk right out front. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning here in the future.

Nice and beachy

If you’re looking for something in the more affordable range this is a good choice!! A short walk to the private beach access. Nice pool and chill area. My boys loved to fish off the docks at the bay and caught a bunch of fish. And to anyone who loves a good cup of coffee on the porch, this condo is facing the beach and has a nice roomy porch to sit on while enjoying that cup of coffee and the fact that you aren’t having to work!! All in all, the whole family was happy to be there and sad to leave. We had a great time!!

Great Stay Cool Location. My only issue was the 1 ply tissue and no blankets and no beach shower. So if you like comfortable tissue bring your own. Also bring extra blanket. Be warned you will track in sand unless you go to the pool 1st it’s a shower there. Also the views are awesome the early morning traffic is something to get used to the pool is nice but do not leave any items. We forgot a beach ball and a beach towel in the pool area came back and both were missing. The people are friendly and welcoming. The parking is kinda tight but it’s do-able just drive super slow. This place is very family friendly however, I did not see an inside pool and the tennis court is in the next building over wasn’t sure if we could use so we didn’t. But beyond that it was a great and awesome stay. Also before I forget bring trash bags there was only 2 and we used them both. Also the door lock stopped working so the last day we had to leave the door unlocked and trust no one went in. We were unable to lock upon leaving but closed the door. The stay over all was great.

Multiple Issues

We have stayed at many units at this complex but will not stay at this one again. Our SUV couldn’t fit in the parking space, the cable was out for a day, the refrigerator didn’t cook very well, the front of the microwave fell off onto the stovetop shattering it and we didn’t get a replacement microwave for 26 hours and was requested not to use the stovetop. Since we usually eat all meals at the condo, this was an inconvenience. The property manager was responsive but didn’t really do anything to assist with any of the issues other than the loaner microwave - the next day. We will definitely stay at Lei Lani again, just not this unit.

Flora Bama trip

Condo was in the best location, had everything we needed and then some . We took the jeep and had covered parking which was a great surprise.

Quick beach weekend stay

A friend and I booked this spot for a quick last minute getaway for the weekend and did not want to pay a ton for a spot that we would only be at for two nights and most of our time was on the beach. The check-in process was very easy and the management was very helpful and friendly. Since we came late on a Friday the main office to pick up a parking passes was closed on the weekend but the management was great to point us in where to go for 24hr assistance. When we arrived the house smelled like smoke so I do recommend bringing something to help cover that up as best you can. It was also a bit confusing when we walked in because some of the lights do not work or are controlled by different light switches. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of gadgets, silverware and glasses and a roomy fridge to store food for the stay. I will say, the barstools in the kitchen seemed to be a bit loose so we did not even use them. The TV in the living room worked well and had cable however we did not try the ones in each bedroom. Beds slept pretty well however each bed only had sheets and a very thin cover on top with no blankets anywhere so you definitely would want to bring a blanket or call the management to bring you one. When I mentioned the blankets to them when they called to check in on us she was very nice and said they would have brought us some but we had already gone out to buy a couple cheap ones. The bathrooms did not seem to be very clean. There were probably wiped down but not checked super well because we found hair still in the guest shower. The walk to the beach was very convenient! There’s a crosswalk right at the end of the drive and the crosswalk button works almost immediately. From there getting to the beach is literally a 2 min walk which was perfect! Check out process was even easier than check in. All we had to do was throw dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. I got an email and all I had to do was click one button letting them know I was leaving. Overall not my best beach spot but if you’re okay with looking over a few things and need a cheap place to stay this can definitely do the job.
