This unique home offers an open floor plan on one floor.
Plenty of privacy, directly on a lagoon, with only one
neighboring house. Exterior features include a Private Pool
with a Spacious Deck to sit back and enjoy all of the wildlife in
the area. Easy bike ride to the beach or a 10 minute leisurely walk.
Free WiFi. Limit 10.

Guests at 70 Full Sweep can also rent a kayak in Palmetto
Dunes & explore the 11 mile lagoon system that winds it's
way throughout the Resort or enjoy the miles of bike paths
within the Palmetto Dunes Resort. The Dunes House with
it's beachfront bar & dining is also available guests with
limited free parking. The "Dune Buggy" is available during
seasonal times to transport guests within Palmetto Dunes and
Shelter Cove for FREE. Reserve a court at the Palmetto
Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center or enjoy rounds of golf at 3
different golf courses in Palmetto Dunes (Fees apply for these
activities).

Beautiful views from the back patio overlooking the lagoon!Palmetto Dunes is a gorgeous neighborhood!We did have trouble finding working outlets in the kitchen. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is beautiful and a great layout with a nice pool. I would rent this property again. Loved that the dining table is big enough for everyone and the common area is nice and the bedroom layout worked very well for our group. Super easy bike ride, not too far to walk to the beach, either. Nice quiet property. I wish I had known in advance that there are no "extras" that I have come to expect renting in Palmetto Dunes(1st time renting from Sea Turtle). This is the first time I have rented a house in Palmetto dunes and there was no beach equipment for guest use. Not a beach chair, no umbrella, no beach wagon, nor any pool floats or beach towels for guest use. (Recommend renting chairs and umbrella from Beach services - the life guards set up where you want on the beach every day and take them down). There are also not any spices or olive or salt and pepper etc. Plenty of a variety of type of glasses and plates. Need to replenish teaspoons and the pans are warped, so the kitchen equipment needs some attention. However, a good selection of sheet pans, pots etc. We left some food storage containers since there weren't any. The refrigerator broke just prior to our arrival. Rental company provided a fridge without an ice maker, smaller than the nonfunctional one with a door that was difficult to shut completely, but at least the week wasn't canceled and we dealt with it by buying ice. I expect the fridge issue was dealt with and should not be an issue going forward. Overall, a few little issues, certainly not vacation ruining, but overall felt a good value and would rent again!Great excursion with Outside Hilton Head for a fireworks sunset cruise. The French Bakery is still amazing. Enjoyed pizza and garlic "pillows" from Giuseppe's. Fish Camp was also good. Locogo delivered a great low country boil. Went into Bluffton (so cute, looks like a movie set) one day for a nice farmer's market and yummy brunch at The Cottage.

Easy 1/2 mile walk to beach. Love the easy bike ride to Shelter Cove and exploring via bike paths. Close to Whole Foods and other grocery and plenty of restaurants.

Great Home

Enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at 70 Full Sweep. The house was perfect for 2 families. Quick bike ride to the beach and General Store. The house was great and outside pool area was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon post beach swim, and evening relaxing by the lagoon. Wold definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great home on Hilton Head Island

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was beautiful, and the pool area was exceptional. The bedroom layout of the house worked wonderfully for our family in that everyone had their own family privacy. We would definitely recommend this property.

We love the Palmetto Dunes location and renting homes within a short walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately it was a cold Christmas and our pipes froze on one side of the rental house. Selena from Sea turtle Getaway was very quick to answer our call and by the next day water was flowing. The house fulfilled our family needs for bedrooms. Loved the spacious kitchen and great room. The only comments we had were the clothes dryer didnā€™t work correctly and the drawers in the fridge were cracked/broken. Wished there would have been some family games but we did enjoy putting together the one puzzle that was there. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the back porch and back yard by the lagoon. Still a fun time!

We enjoyed our stay . Pool was nice, lagoon was relaxing to sit by, outdoor area wonderful and short bike ride to the beach. House was comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family.

Friends Gathering

The house was great for our friends gathering. We really enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. Kitchen had all the appliances/tools needed prepare meals which is always a toss up at a rental (coffee maker, blender, cutlery, and pans). We really enjoyed the less than 10 minute walk to the beach as well one evening.

Beautiful Place

We loved this house and would definitely stay again. There was plenty of room for the 6-8 of us that stayed. Iā€™m addition the checkin process was the easiest I have ever experienced. The rental company sent passes and info directly to our home so we were able to go straight to the house on the check in day. The house is further from the beach as it is tucked away in the back of Palmetto Dunes but you can either walk to some beach access spots or drive to the places where there is a restaurant and restrooms. We didnā€™t have any issues with either and had a great time.

Property is located at the very end of the neighborhood requiring a 10 minute bike/car ride to leave. Perfect for our family of 7 with 4 bedrooms, wish there was a dock but pool and decks were very nice (shaded) Some of the furniture is worn but overall clean and loved working with Sea Turtle Getaways

Cooking in the large kitchen was wonderful as was sitting out by the pool. The rooms were comfortable. Everything needed was to be found in the house. I think the only thing that would have been nice was maybe some larger and nicer bath towels, the ones provided were a little on the thin and small side. However everything else was very nice. Rented bike through the agency and that was very easy. The bikes were there when we arrived along with locks for them.
