Wonderful Three Bedroom Home on the 11-Mile Lagoon!

Come enjoy this beautifully updated private home with its lagoon views and large pool. Upon entering the home you are greeted by the expansive Living and Dining Areas. The Living Room features a wall of windows with a slider to your large private pool, outdoor seating and suntanning area. There is a 65" Smart TV, new carpet and all new furniture including sofa, loveseat and oversized chair. The Dining Area has all new furniture and includes seating for six with the option for two additional seats should the need arise. The Kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully equipped with your inner chef in mind. Just off the Kitchen there is a Carolina Room with sofa and another 50" Smart TV along with access to the pool area.

The Primary Bedroom contains all new furniture as well with a large King sized storage bed, his and hers dressers, 50" Smart TV, walk-in closet and private access to the pool area. The en-suite Primary Bathroom was completely renovated with beautiful marble tile, Marble double vanity, tiled walk-in shower and ALL Grohe top-of-the-line finishes. The second bedroom features a queen bed with ample closet space and yet another 50" Smart TV. The bathroom was completely renovated as well much the same as the master with Marble tile and Grohe finishes, while featuring a Kohler steel tub and tile shower combination. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedding and carpet is new throughout the home!

Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change)
This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

The Beach is accessible via bike ride or by calling the Dunes Buggy shuttle which operates seasonally.

The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

No pets are allowed at this property.

The property was nice but of our 8 visits to H.H., this was our least favorite. The bathrooms seemed to be updated and everything was in working order, I wasn't impressed with the overall upkeep. The outside trim needs to be painted, there were stains on the carpet in the living room, the net for the pool was ripped, the foundation around the pool had heaved creating a gap where the seal would be. Overall, it was a nice location but I would've liked a nicer home for our stay.

Nice Home, but so many issues.

It was a nice and clean property; however there were so many issues and no communication at all! Our first night we got in and immediately wanted to check out the pool…we were quickly met with a racoon in the backyard. We then decided we would all take a quick dip in the pool and mind our business; however the pool light was broken and not enough light to be outside at all. We immediately contacted management company and left a message bc this was night 1 of 4 nights and we NEVER heard from them. We were unable to use the pool once the sun went down. On Friday, there were landscapers in the backyard trimming all the trees, working on landscaping and blowing stuff into the pool ALL day! Every time they would trim a tree or branch..debris fell into the pool.

Nice Stay But A Few Issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 21 Full Sweep for two weeks in July/August 2024. The house is nice, spacious and well equipped but there are a few issues that would prevent us from renting it again. Both bedrooms on the right side of the house are warm. There is very little air circulating from the vents. The pool filtration system does not work properly so the water was stagnant and therefore we constantly had debris and a film on the top of the water.

Wife's birthday getaway

Long weekend for my wife's birthday. Great experience. Very clean, great neighborhood and close to everything. Had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone. House was well equipped with everything we needed and outdoor area and pool were fantastic.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Great place to stay for our family! Lovely, fresh and relaxing home and fun pool. Nice setting for riding bikes away from traffic. We would love to stay here again. Bonus - has hairdryers and k-cup compatible coffee maker.

Spring Break

House and locations was perfect. The property management company was non responsive. I called the front desk. They stated someone would call about the pool. The bottom of the pool was VERY dirty. I also messaged via the VRBO app but no one ever responded to my inquiry if someone could come by to clean the pool. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and overall house was very comfortable! 5 stars on the property. 1 star on the property management company

Perfect House for a Relaxing Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time our family has visited HHI and Palmetto Dunes and we were not disappointed. This house is in such a great location and was very well maintained. The house is only a block or so from the lagoon/golf course and then another couple blocks to the beach access. We have three kids (4, 6 and 9) and it would have been a bit of a long walk to the beach with toys, chairs and umbrellas, but it is the perfect distance for biking. We rented bikes and loaded up our stuff each morning and it was not a problem at all. The house itself was amazing. Tons of space to spread out and the pool was awesome. The listing does not mention it, but there is a gas grill outside and it came in very handy. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are clean and updated. The spacious kitchen was awesome for cooking family meals. It is also worth noting that the third bedroom (with the 2 beds) is just off of the main living space, and you can't see it from the pictures, but this room DOES have pocket doors so that it can be closed off from the main living space.

The rental of 21 Full Sweep was excellent as was the service of the renting directly through PD. The home was clean, updated and easy to use. We enjoyed the large kitchen, Carolina room, living room and outdoor table and chairs. We had an issue with the BBQ and the team at PD resolved it immediately.

Lovely, clean home a short bike ride to the beach

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks in October, since we were all working or attending school remotely due to COVID. The home worked well for our situation, with strong WiFi, and plenty of space for a family of 4 to spread out and work or learn. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen items, and the home was well maintained. The website pics were accurate. The ONLY reason I didn't give the property a 5 start rating was that the king and queen mattresses were very hard. The mattresses seemed new, but we purchased a 3" memory foam topper after the first night. A few other comments: There were two bikes in the garage, but they weren't in good condition, so we decided to rent bikes. Lastly, It would have been nice for the owner to provide some beach/pool towels and a few pool toys. I definitely would stay again! Great location. Great pool. Great neighborhood. Lovely updated home and property.

Idyllic social distancing

With the private pool, tropical view, comfortable house and private beach access, we successfully completed our covid vaca. The house was just right for the 6 of us. Couches and dining room chairs are comfortable as well as modern. The master mattress was a new mattress as far as I could tell but very firm which was not very restful for us. I have been to beaches up and down the east coast and gulf and none are as great a HHI. We will judge all others against here. Love the bike riding community and freedom while safe for the teenagers.

Great house

We had a few issues with the pool and some plumbing but nothing that wasn’t remedied! While the management company could use a little etiquette training- the house itself was adorable and clean. We will def rent here again!
