With a fantastic location overlooking the river, this lovely two-bedroom condo is comfy and convenient, with a private, furnished balcony and lots of on-site amenities, perfect for your next Pensacola vacation with someone you love! Spread out on the balcony to enjoy your first cup of coffee while the salty sea hair blows through your hair. The living room will be a great place to relax after a long day on the water - watch a good ballgame on the TV then head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for four. Spend your days on the beach, less than a mile away, then come back to let the private washer/dryer take the sand out of your clothes. The suite includes central AC to keep everything nice and cool, and you can always visit the shared pool for a refreshing swim on hot days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awesome location

It is a great place for a couples getaway . Very peaceful and the location is beautiful. We loved the sitting out on the run and the balcony.

Great Place!

We loved the location across the street easy access to beach and river right out back with pier for fishing or just sitting and watching the water activities. Me and my husband loved waking every morning with the views of the water from windows and/or sitting out back every morning drinking coffee enjoying the view. My kids enjoyed going to beach, the pool and fishing on pier or just watching the dolphin and fish swim by. It was very peaceful and relaxing. All amenities needed were there. My husband told me this was one of the best vacations he has ever been on and I agreed. So much to do in Pensacola and being so close to Alabama and Orange beach. Loved my stay there and would recommend to others.

Great little spot

This was a great little place to stay. The unit actually faces the Old River, and there’s a little sandy beach out back. The actual beach isn’t too far of a walk, and there are several public parks and other recreational areas nearby. There aren’t many dining or entertainment options nearby, but if you’re planning on spending lazy days on the beach or out on the porch, that doesn’t really matter anyway. One of the reviews above says the place was dirty and smelled bad, but we didn’t find that to be the case at all. There is indeed some minor wear and some rust on the appliances, but everything was clean, and overall quite cozy and comfortable. We did find that few instructions were left as to how to access the Gulf beach, where to dispose of trash, etc. the Gulf is accessible via a boardwalk that runs through the other Molokai Villas property across the street, and there’s a dumpster for trash at the front of the property. Also — be careful with the washing machine: the spin cycle causes it to move somewhat. All in all it was a very pleasant stay, and I’d be interested in staying at this unit again, especially since it backs up on Old River like it does.

Misleading

Pictures of this place were misleading. We have stayed at this condo complex before and had a fantastic time. This unit was not up to scratch. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell: wet and old. The floors were cracked, especially in the kitchen, furniture was old, uncomfortable, unbalanced, unstable, and dirty, appliances were rusty, water stained window treatments and furniture were present, along with noticeable areas of disrepair and attempts to patch it up were visible. These were a few of the surprises we received this weekend. For paying such an expensive cleaning fee, we expected much much better. We felt that the place was just an overall unclean and uncomfortable place fo stay. The first night, I had to buy Benadryl fromI having an allergic reaction from sitting on couch that was covered in animal hair. The last night, we watched a roach run from the kitchen into one of the bedrooms. Overall we wasted our money on this trip staying here, and we will not be returning to this unit in the future.
