After two years, we have gotten to meet such amazing people!!! Going into our 3rd year, we are so excited to share OUR HAPPY PLACE with you!!! If you know The Brigadune, you know it’s an amazing place! If you’ve never stayed here, we know it will soon become your happy place too!!! Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves on our spacious ocean front balcony! Walk right onto the beach, with no dunes to cross and get your toes in the sand or enjoy the view from our oceanfront pool! Come inside and relax in our 1300 sq ft condo with all new furnishings and decor to make you feel right at home. You’ll have all you need in our fully stocked kitchen…but who wants to cook when you have so many restaurants to chose from only minutes away. Oh and did I mention the shopping? So you can fill your vacation with lots of fun and lots of relaxation.

What a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect. Fantastic location. Right on the beach! Traveled with family of 4 (2 children under 10) and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already wanting to book again to come back! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable stay

Our family stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament and have only positive to say about our stay. Val and Ray are great hosts and we thank them for having us in their home away from home. Val was very responsive in letting us know what to expect, answering any questions, including providing some really good and local food recommendations. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and provides a relaxing place to take in the view and hear the waves crashing from the beach. Their place is clean, well cared for and with beautifully appointed furniture and decor. Love the small touches such as the lending library with board games, beach chairs and toys, the ability to do laundry, and the seating on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. A great location that felt close to where we needed to be for baseball, as well as far enough away to not be overly crowded. We would definitely return, thank you!!

Perfect View

Comfy beds, 2 Bathrooms, washer/dryer, essential kitchen items. Beautiful view, great pool, not overly crowded beach area. I like that its not a overly huge condo building.... it is quieter and i dont feel like you have to walk forever to your car or condo. Pool was never over crowded.Condo is near elevator.....even better!

Paradise

This Condo and Property Are Excellent. The Cleanliness and Upkeep of The Condo and Grounds Are Outstanding. The Beach and Paradise are only few steps off the elevators. And last but not least, the Owners Val and Ray are in contact with you immediately if you encounter a problem at their condo, and take care of the problem. We would definitely stay at their condo in the future for our Trips to Paradise!! Thanks Val and Ray!!

Response to damage claim filed 8/10/24

This correspondence is not a review of the property but rather a response to the damage claim filed upon our checkout on 8/10/24. Due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Diane, my husband and I chose to go home mid-week of week 2. Since he is on oxygen, we left because we were afraid that the power would go out. My daughter and her family stayed until checkout on 8/10/24. Val texted me on 8/10 about an hour after my daughter checked out of the condo. She noted some issues with the property. She was very upset. Since I was not at the condo upon checkout, I was very upset also. After thinking about this for the last month and talking to my family who was at the condo at departure, I have a few comments related to this issue. 1. RE: stain on sheet, dots on TV/door, stained towels - 7 people stayed in this condo for two weeks. We paid a cleaning fee. I was contacted approximately one hour after my family checked out. Did someone (cleaners) try and get the stain out by washing the sheets, did someone try and wash the towels that we used for two weeks. My daughter has said that one towel was badly stained not all of them. Did someone try and wipe the dot off of the TV and the door? 2. Two pillow cases are missing. We did not take two pillow cases. 3. Piece of marble missing from TV table in bedroom. This table was not broken when we left. Where is the missing piece of marble? If we broke this table as the picture shows, my son in law would have fixed it.

Just wonderful

This vacation and the unit was superb. Val was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The welcome basket was a very nice surprise and came in handle since our Walmart order got cancelled unexpectedly, thank goodness for the coffee pods they left us 😀. The unit itself was very beach and gave us that vacation feel immediately upon entering the unit. We loved it and will stay again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing Stay

The condo was very nice. They have added a washer/dryer and it’s a must when I rent. The condo was very clean. Everything worked. Bed was very comfortable. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. She texted me just before our week began, when the unit was ready and the morning of our checkout. We loved the 11:00 am checkout time. Extra morning time is always welcome. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to see if they do more upgrades.

Comfy getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The property was everything it was portrayed. It was cozy and comfy and central to the restaurants and attractions we enjoy and the view was amazing on the beach front. It was quiet and relaxing. The host was on top of our needs and it was an amazing stay.

Beach Trip Reunion

Stayed here for a family reunion! Property was very nice and had a great view of the beach and access to the beach! Lots to do in town! Condo was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed! Easy in and easy out!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location on the beach is great for families. We loved the pool being right on the beach as well. It was very nice having chairs and an umbrella in the unit to use. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great place to stay

We loved this property, it was so cute and well stocked and furnished. Very clean and the washer and dryer were a definite plus! The owners couldn't be nicer checking in to make sure all was well. We had a great time and will be back again.

The view is breath taking! The pictures do not do this condo justice. Its big, roomy, great location and the bed was super comfy! Val was quick with responding to any questions we had. Everything was great and i would recommend in a heart beat.

Amazing Property!

From the moment we walked into the rental, we immediately felt as though a weight had been lifted. The condo was extremely clean, bright, airy, and felt like home. The views of the beach and ocean were stunning and something to be admired. The location of the condo building felt secluded and secure but still close to any amenity you could imagine. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with little extra touches that made all the difference. I didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back.

We loved our condo! Colorful and Comfortable!

It was perfect. So nice that there were beach chairs etc. for us to use. It looked as good in person as in the pictures. My friend and I both said we would stay there again. The property manager couldn't have been nicer or more thoughtful. We had a great experience!

Beautiful condo!

Our family really enjoyed staying in 10D! We have been staying at the Brigadune for years and this was definitely our favorite! Very clean, well equipped especially with beach chairs, toys, etc, and we loved the little personalization of things from the owners and property manager! Everyone was so wonderful to communicate with! We look forward to staying again next year!

Amazing

From the time the property manager, Lisa, called to give us the run down, we knew this place would be awesome. My family has stayed at the Brigadune for a lot of years but this might be the best year. We had such an easy checkin process, where a few other family members checkin process with other units with different property managers was not as easy. This condo also came with beach equipment the other units my family was in did not. This truly felt like a home away from home with an amazing ocean view. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to schedule another vacation!!

Great condo!

We loved the condo. We have stayed on Shore Drive many times and it is near everything. The balcony was a great spot for breakfast. The beds were so comfortable and the showers were great. So easy to communicate with Lisa. The Brigadune is a great vacation spot! Condo brightly decorated and very clean. We can’t wait to go back.

Breathtaking view

Baseball vacations loved our stay had a slight problem with the washer and dryer at facility but owners did everything they could to help out with a situation out of their hands would return in a heartbeat balcony is my favorite place to be!!
