This charming second floor beach house is nestled on a quiet street in Fort Morgan, privately located on a dead-end street with low traffic. With an outdoor deck and easy 3 minute walk to the beach, it is the perfect place to relax and soak in the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Beach Breeze's interior feels cozy and inviting – a place where you can kick your feet up and relax in the living room after a long day of activities at the beach.

We provide tons of shelving throughout, because we know how hard it can be to access all your luggage when traveling!

When you’re ready to wind down for the night, the beach house’s 4 bedrooms are well stocked with pillows and linens and any other amenities you might need for a restful sleep.

✔ COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

✔ NO SMOKING
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee due to payment for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

✔ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Must travel about 25 minutes on single lane highway that’s pitch black at night. PLEASE watch for sudden stops in both lanes during all hours.

✔ NO PARTIES | AGE LIMITS
While we approve of guest of all ages, an adult 25+ must make the reservation and be staying in the house.

✔ Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.

✔ Absolutely no fires or open flames indoors of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

✔ TRIP INSURANCE RECOMMENDED
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Purchasing vacation protection insurance is recommended.
