Fabulous place great setting new clean and well equipped

Really enjoyed our stay. Great new place. The owners thought of everything. Loved the fire pit and the hot tub. Very well done.

Beautiful Cottage on the Esopus

Our first stay in a VRBO. It was beautiful, clean and a great place to stay. Host was pleasant and easy to work with. Cottage has all new updated features And Appliances... Beautiful Cottage on the water! We loved the fire pit.. and the accommodation of split wood. Our family had a great time would highly recommend.

Beautiful outside and in

The property is gorgeous with a great renovated kitchen and open living room. It was great to read in the green room and the hot tub outside was perfect. Our stays only challenge was the bridge construction making you drive around it and that it made it difficult to find rideshares

Anniversary weekend

The cottage was perfect for what we were looking for in a property. Very clean. Comfortable. Peaceful. The view of the river was beautiful and the hot tub was so relaxing. Adele was so sweet and left us a little message welcoming us and wishing us a Happy Anniversary. She also left us a bottle of champagne!! Would definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t be Happier

I booked this property for an overnight getaway with my husband. It could not have been more perfect. The home was very clean, modern and stocked with any necessities / comforts we could think of. (They even had the supplies for a s’mores bar 😍). The hot tub, with its lake views was a key reason for me reserving this property and did not disappoint. The host was responsive, informative and inviting. I mentioned it was my hubs birthday and she even left him a birthday ballon and note. So sweet. Check in and out was a breeze. Literally, have traveled the world, stayed at countless other rental properties and Vrbos… and this one is one of the best. I could continue to gush about how great this property was but instead I will tell you to just book it!

lake Katrina, NY weekend

The house was centrally located for what we wanted to do., Visit a small NY State city, go hiking out to dinner and relax. we met the owners they were very nice and helpful. the house and location was excellent. All the amenities we could ask for. the house was lovely and spacious, they had a hot tub, canoe and grill which we utilized. the neighbors were friendly and helpful. we loved it and are planning on returning midsummer. Will recommend to family and friends
