INSIDE THE CONDO
From the condo’s parking lot, make your way down the sidewalk, taking in the fragrant pine trees and mountain views. From the main door, head up to the second-floor unit, where a second door opens into the condo’s foyer area with coat hooks for your gear.
Dark hardwood floors throughout the main living area create a cozy lodge feel and the open floor plan allows for space for everyone. Modern and updated, the kitchen has full-size appliances including an oven with 4-burner electric stove, fridge, and dishwasher, plus lots of cabinet space and a center island where four can dine.
Warm-up with a mug of hot chocolate around the living room’s gas fireplace with timer and raised hearth. The lounge chair in front of the fireplace is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book.
Catch up on your favorite TV shows on the 50” TV with Blu-Ray player and a smart DVD player. Extra guests can crash on the living room sectional that doubles as a full-size pull-out bed.
Rest up for another day on the slopes in the master bedroom with queen bed, 31” smart TV, and lots of natural light from two large windows. The guest bedroom also offers a queen bed and ample storage in the closet and dresser.
Boasting a black and white motif, the shared bath features a single vanity with under-sink storage and a tub/shower combination surrounded by mosaic tile.

LOCATION
Over a dozen Vail ski lifts are within a 15-minute drive, putting you right in the middle of some of the best skiing in the country. Visit the Vail Nordic Center (8 minutes) with numerous cross-country and snowshoeing trails.
In the warmer months, check out the scenic East Vail hiking trails just minutes from the condo. Bighorn Creek, Booth Creek, Deluge Lake, Gore Creek and Pitkin Creek are some of the most popular and picturesque.
Give the cook a break and take the free bus into Vail Village, full of amazing restaurants and fun bars. The village is also home to the Colorado Ski and Snowboard Museum (7 minutes), a fun way to learn more about this area’s biggest draw.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
