Enjoy your vacation in this well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condo featuring a large private balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The private washer/dryer will keep you looking your best during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. The central AC will ensure the home stays cool on those hot summer afternoons.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

For a long weekend, this place worked. Totally needs to be updated. Bedroom needs curtains to block out the sun. Stains on the couches and door knobs are from the 50’s. Needs an updated coffee maker and have someone scrub the pots & pans prior to new guests staying. Something as little as a pair of scissors was missing and the lights above the counter was missing light bulbs. For a long weekend, it works, but tons of other places to choose from.

The property was like listed. The walk up three flights was really high and exhausted us. The place had some wobbly and worn in aspects but overall was roomy and comfortable. The huge deck was great to be able to watch the scenes coming down the highway.

Ocean City was Great.

It was a wonderful experience and we had fun. My kids loved being out there we were within a few minutes away from a lot of fun places for kids activities and the beach was 2 minutes walk from where we stayed.

Very deceiving

The unit looks great in pictures but is kind of worn looking when you get there. The porch outside was covered in cigarette butts which should have been cleaned up before we got there. I thought beach was across the street but it's really down a path, around the building that's in front of it. So you cant really see it from the unit.

We overall had a good experience, though there were a few things that might be helpful for future guests to know.The Pros:* The location is walkable to a beach with a lifeguard, which was a big plus for us.* The kitchen has been beautifully redone and was great for preparing meals.* Having two full bathrooms made things much easier for our family of four.* The space overall was comfortable and a good size for our needs.* The in-unit washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, especially for a beach trip.* The balcony was a nice touch — more on that below.The Considerations:* The rest of the unit is pretty dated, and we noticed several outlets that didn’t work.* One of the toilets wobbled, which wasn’t ideal and felt a bit unsafe.* The building has no elevator and the unit is six flights up.* The balcony, while nice to have, overlooks a very busy highway with heavy road noise. There’s no ocean view, only a sliver of the bay through a gap between buildings across the street.* The property is the closest one to the road. Expect to hear traffic throughout the day and night.* Essentials were very limited: only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and no hand soap. Anyone staying more than a day or two will want to bring additional supplies.This was our first time visiting OCMD, so we didn’t know what to expect. These details aren’t necessarily deal breakers, but would have been nice to know.
