Located on the corner of peaceful Savannah Street, this home is tucked away amongst beautiful greenery and several Seaside, FL footpaths.

Entry can be found on the right side of the main home. Enter into the front door and onto the first floor to find two bedrooms, one queen and one with two twin beds), and a shared full bath with a shower. Both rooms feature whimsical artwork, are spacious, and have plenty of storage.

Guests can travel upstairs onto the second story, featuring a generous apartment area, accompanied by another full bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and four burner stove top oven. There is an adjacent dining table that seats four on this level. Off the second level is a majestic, open-air, private porch with Adirondack seating and a bench swing overlooking tree-top views. This area serves as the perfect spot for morning coffee or to enjoy and take in the sights and sounds of Seaside, FL, and the gulf breeze.
