Upon entering your condo on the 12th floor, a corner unit, you are welcomed with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. As you step into this inviting condo you’re welcomed with lovely décor that sets the tone for relaxation. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the spaces, ensuring a sense of connectivity throughout. This condo is equipped with ceiling fans in the kitchen/dining area and bedroom. An octagonal dining table seats two.

The living area is tastefully decorated with a leather loveseat with coffee table on an area rug, as well as a corner leather Eames chair with ottoman and a desk with a large flat screen TV next to the kitchen area.
