My family and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. The location was great - near restaurants and shops we always frequent. We loved the proximity to the beach. The living area was furnished so that we could enjoy family time comfortably, and the beds were comfortable. The TWO sets of washer and dryers (one on bottom level and another on top level) was absolutely awesome. The kitchen was well appointed - loved the coffee grinder. Most of all this property was CLEAN! It has to be THE cleanest and most comfortable VRBO rental we’ve stayed in. This host is top notch; we received clear and detailed instructions for the property and quick response to our inquiries. Everything was wonderful from the big things to the small details - our every need was met. We would/will be happy stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our visit! Located a short walk away from the beach and nearby shops. Great room amenities, and the hosts were responsive throughout our stay. The large, open living/kitchen area is fantastic for cooking and relaxing after a fun day exploring the area!

Family get away

We enjoyed are stay and it was a great location and clean and nice. We enjoyed the golf cart as well. Will stay again.

Fun family getaway

Everything was just as described & what we expected. Beautiful kitchen & comfortable beds. We enjoyed the golf cart & the grill. Easy check in and out.

Wonderful Family Trip

This location was perfect for our family. It has everything you need for adults and little ones. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean, comfortable, and it has everything you need to have a great time at the beach. We plan on booking again!

Perfect getaway

Property was exactly as listed, host easy to contact and responsive. No issues whatsoever with property. Area was nice and quiet, and very close to the beach within walking distance.

It was our first Mother’s Day trip

Our weekend Mother’s Day getaway was a very good experience for us we really enjoyed ourselves and the host JT Lee was so helpful they let you know everything up front and the golf cart ride was the best and me and my family will do this again very soon

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. JT was quick to respond with any questions we had. Townhome was very clean and well equipped. My only complaint was it was missing a pizza cutter. The golf cart was a huge plus for getting to the beach quickly.

Beach Weekend

This unit was very nice. Everything was clean and updated. Very short walk or golf cart ride to the public beach access! I would definitely stay at this property again! We had a great time! The two sets of washers and dryers on the top and bottom floors were very convenient for our group.

Sleeps 10/ Golf Cart was awesome!

We stayed at this property for Spring Break 2023…it was a great rental for our teens and having the 6 seater golf cart was awesome! Only complaints we had were limited parking available, needed more Tupperware/Pyrex dishes, and we happen to have a noisy toddler next door but other than that our trip was a success!

Family Vacation

Everything was nice! The location was perfect and close to all the activities that my family and I were interested in. The host communicated before, during, and after and looked after the place with care. JT Lee kept me informed through email with all the house rules. What a generous host you are. My family and I would visit again.

Summer 2022

The place was very accommodating for everyone. Very spacious. The townhouse was very well stocked. The golf cart was the hit of the whole trip. It made it easy to get around and go to the beach. The host was very professional and very courteous. We have no complaints at all. Perfect family trip!!

Beautiful place near the beach, perfect for family or a group of friends!

My family and I stayed a week at the house and had a really great experience. The place itself was perfect for our needs. Very clean, well located and equipped. We only had one issue with the golf cart, the reverse gear stopped working all of the sudden, but the owners quickly took care of it. JT was very responsive and even bought a high chair for the house so that we could use it for my little one and future guests. We would definitely book again!

Amazing!

We were in a tight spot bc we booked with someone else and it was not as expected. We found these amazing hosts without much notice. Communication was great and quick! They worked with us to break up the payment method due to our funds not being refunded from the previous place. House was amazing. Golf cart was the cherry on top. The kids loved it. The beach was the best around and so close only being a few houses down. Plus there was a restaurant right there on the beach.. Loved the neighborhood and the “golf cart community”! LOL

A Great Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time here. Our family of 5 and my brother’s family of 3 all fit very comfortably here. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We felt safe with them all sleeping there together as the door had a lock and alarm on it which gave us parents peace of mind. The golf cart was a huge hit for everyone, especially the kids. Everything you need is just a short drive away. This place is located very close to the beach, which makes it easily walkable. I was concerned the pool would be busy but it wasn’t. We went almost everyday. There’s a million restaurants and shops all a very short drive away. A lot of them you can even take the golf cart or walk to. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was spacious enough for all 8 of us. The owner was very responsive. I can’t think of one negative thing to write about this place. If you’re looking for a place that’s close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. do yourself a favor and stay here. You won’t regret it!!

perfect location for fun!

We were staying for a wedding. The location is perfect to walk to many locations/ beach or take the golf cart. The golf cart made our visit so much better! The condo was very clean, comfortable, well stocked. JT was quick to respond to my questions. We stay at VRBO locations all the time and this was definitely one of the BEST! I would highly recommend JT and this location.
