The theater room adds to the ample living space and gives you a spot to screen everything from classic films to action-packed flicks.

Beautifully appointed, the kitchen is a chef's dream with a gas range, double ovens, a center island, and lots of counter space. Grab a seat at the breakfast bar or at the dining table at mealtime, and refuel after a day on the ski slopes.

Outfitted with a king-size bed, the main level suite has the perfect mountain vibe with a four-poster bed and exposed log walls. The plush surroundings include doors that open to the deck and a private bath with a jetted tub and tile shower.

Upstairs, you can play a game of pool in the loft while you have the big game on TV in the background. There are three additional suites on this floor each with its own unique appeal. There is also a bedroom on this level.

The lower level family room is adjacent to the pool room and is a great hang-out when you're not spending time swimming. Watch TV by the glow of the gas fireplace or get together at the pub table for board games or cards. The wet bar gives you a place for snacks and drinks. Three spacious bedrooms round out the sleeping quarters.

Outside, you can host barbecues on the expansive deck or simply kick back and enjoy the view. When you're in the mood for total relaxation, head to the lower level patio and the bubbling outdoor hot tub.

Ski in/ski out access will delight the skiers and boarders in your group! Within the community you can hit the expert slope, Main Street, or get a ride on chairlift 4 or 5. Boulder Heights is also just a short drive from the main lodge at Wisp Resort.

Within walking distance, you can check out the Adventure Sports Center's mountaintop white water course. Take a thrilling rafting ride with an experienced guide during the summer months.
