Welcome to Bita Breeze, a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath Beachfront home on Green Turtle Cay.

Our home is located directly on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The white sandy beach is just a few short steps from the large screened back porch. Come relax on the secluded beach, swim, snorkel, fish or lobster right out the back door.

There are two master bedrooms, each with King beds and private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are furnished with King beds with a full bathroom in between. Each room has a flat screen smart TV. All linens and beach towels are provided. We have tried to equip the house with everything you might need.

The open concept Greatroom has a triple sliding glass door that opens up onto the 12' X 30' screened porch with an adjacent grill area perfect for entertaining. This is a perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Ocean. There is a full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless appliances and breakfast island. The Dining area will easily seat 10. The house is equipped with a stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers and StarLink wireless internet. Also, we have a automatic whole house Backup generator!

We are conveniently located in the middle of the island. It is a short golf cart ride to the town of New Plymouth where restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and night life are located. In the other direction is the Green Turtle Club and Marina and Bluff House. Don't forget to go star gazing at night! The stars are unbelievable!

Incredible stay at Bita Breeze

The listing hardly seems to do this place justice. All the comforts of home with an incredible location, a small reef perfect for snorkeling right in front and centrally located on the island. Could not have asked for a better experience.

If paradise had an address, this beach home on Green Turtle Cay would be it. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the charm, elegance, and laid-back luxury of this coastal haven. Amazing Stay!!!

What a view!!! The house was perfect for our group. The beach was just a few steps away. The location was perfect with a short golf cart ride to town or to the Green Turtle Club and Bluff House and the host was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

This property is wonderful for a family beach vacation. The house has two master suites and plenty of room for a family with children. The location on the beach is perfect for swimming and building sand castles.

Wonderful Vacation House

The entire house was a dream to stay in. A lot of little extra details that you wouldn’t expect in a rental house. The house is set up perfect for large families or multiple families with kids. The location is perfect on the island. Would absolutely stay again.

Love This Place!

This was our second trip to this beautiful piece of paradise and we loved it even more the second time around. The owner and caretaker are so very kind and helpful! The house is well stocked and taken care of. We are already trying to figure out how quickly we can get back!! Love this place so very much!

Bita Breeze is true paradise. The location directly on the water with the reef right outside your door is a snorkeling paradise. House is amazing and well kept. Nothing but positive. Will be back for sure!

Picturesque escape in paradise

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. Very clean, well-appointed, and well-furnished. The views are breathtaking and the location offered both privacy and access to services. We used the owner's referrals for golf carts, taxis, and excursions. Each one treated us like friends of the family and made sure our stay/logisitics went off without a hitch.

Another wonderful stay!

We have stayed at Bita Breeze twice now and have been very happy each time. The location on the protected Bita Bay is perfection for young kids and adults alike (small waves, no strong undertow, beautiful reef you can swim out to, etc). We had two families staying and it was helpful to have a split floor plan (2 bedrooms on each side). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could need. We can’t wait to come back to this lovely home!

Incredible house! I could live there forever!

We had a fabulous week. We have stayed in many homes on Green Turtle Cay. This is, by far, my favorite! The home is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you could possibly need and is right on one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere!

Family vacation

Great home in the best location, you feel like your the only one on the island, it’s centrally located with a private beach, plenty of room for our family of six, Beth the owner and Carol the caretaker are easy to reach and will be there with any issues or questions that might come up. I would highly recommend Bita Breeze

Our family has been visiting Green Turtle Cay for 24 years. We have come to love this quaint little island and the people who live here. It has been a long time dream to own a little piece of paradise. We are so excited that our dream has finally come true.

We built our home on our favorite part of the beach. This is where we always came to play in the clear sandy waters. The view of the turquoise water is amazing. The little island right off the shore is great for exploring.
