Beautiful Biarritz Ocean View Loft Apartment-Steps from the ocean!

The beautiful and chic seaside town of Biarritz has been called 'Paris on the ocean!' And this beautiful, ocean view loft apartment is in the middle of it all. Located along the coast of the world famous Cote de Basque, this spacious light filled loft directly overlooks the sea from 4 large windows, and is just steps to the ocean.

This is the apartment where your dreams of a french seaside vacation come to life. Located just steps from the ocean and a short 5-10 minute walk to all the shops, markets, restaurants and cafes in town.
You can choose to go out on the town, or just stay home and relax overlooking the Atlantic ocean and feel away from it all.
The apartment stays cool and quiet in the summertime and is a retreat from the summer crowds and heat. But as soon as you're ready to hit the town, the loft is just a short walk to everything in town.
There is a daily open air market two short blocks away, with fresh produce of the region as well as locally made artisian wine and cheese. Also just one block away is the Kimana spa which is a full service spa as well as fitness facility.

Besides sweeping ocean views, the fourth window overlooks Spain.
San sebastian is just a short 30 minute drive and worth exploring for shopping, lunch or tapas.
Other activities for the area is surfing at Cote de Basque which is famous for it's world class waves and also where the Biarritz International surf festival is held every year.
Golf is also very big in the area and there are 10 courses near-by with many world class golf events through-out the year.


Sleeping areas-
The bedroom with a large king sized bed is located on the main floor.
Up the spiral staircase, a mezzanine awaits with an open spacious sleeping loft with a queen sized bed where you will have the best nights sleep after an active day.
There is also a queen sized day bed in the main living room.

Bath...
The large spacious bathroom features a large tub for two, under skylights which let the glow of the sunshine in. The toilet is located in a separate chamber away from the main shower area.

The living room...
The open plan living room boasts high vaulted ceilings and an incredible amount of light flooding in through all of the four sea facing windows.
A sofa and a queen sized day bed make up the living room and are placed around the fireplace for those fresh summer nights or cool winter ones.
Connected to the main sitting area is a smaller sitting room which has a couch where you can relax and look out the window to the ocean and which you can also see Spain. We've seen some of the best Biarritz sunsets from here.

Off to the other side of the living area is another smaller separate room which can be used as an extra area for closet space as well as storing luggage and surfboards.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for those home cooked meals made fresh from your market produce. Pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, large refrigerator, as well as 5 burner gas stove with oven. The dinning area is connected to the kitchen in an open plan living arrangement with windows that look out into the private courtyard.

The apartment is fully equipped with a large flat screen TV with cable/DVD as well as Wi-Fi internet.
For your added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Besides the wood burning fireplace, there are heaters provided for winter rentals.

The beach directly in front of the building which is Cote de Basque, is famous for it's world class waves. Its the perfect spot for long boarding as well as learning to surf. Surf schools and surfboard rentals are available at the beach down the stairs right in front of the building.
Bicycle and motor bike rentals are also located across the street.

The loft is conveniently located just 10 minutes from both the Biarritz airport and train station. Car rentals are available at both locations.
Biarritz is only a short one hour flight from Paris.
The San Sebastian airport in Spain is only 30 minutes by car so the airport located there is also a great option to fly into.
