Book your vacation in this beautiful over-sized canal front condo. The living space is an open concept with room for your family to enjoy. The large waterfront primary bedroom has balcony access to enjoy the fantastic water breezes. Enjoy time at the pool located on the roof top. Located on 17th street, it's close to the boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants and family fun nearby. The beach in only 3 blocks away.




NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location for Beach Vacation

The condo worked out perfectly for our Ocean City stay. Just three blocks from the boardwalk but far enough away for quiet evenings.

Spacious comfortable condo

Nicely decorated, comfortable beds and great kitchen. Cozy and clean with inviting grounds, pool and views. Very quiet and private. So much better than a hotel room in a big building. The beach is only a 5 min easy walk! Coming back!!!

Wonderful Condo

It was clean and spacious. The condo was amazing and perfect for our family for the week. The canal views were great and the rooftop pool was wonderful. It was a short walk to restaurants, stores, the beach and the boardwalk. Our family loved everything about our stay at this unit.

Beautiful condo in Ocean City

This condo was so accommodating for my vacation to Ocean City. The location was spectacular with the beach and boardwalk just a 5 minute walk across the street. The whole condo was sparkling clean when we arrived. We loved the balcony and rooftop pool was very convenient. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend booking this condo for your next family vacation.

Great location..spacious and peaceful!

Loved the close distance to the beach and the balcony overlooking the canal. There are great restaurants in walking distance. My family loved their stay here. The kitchen island lights flickered so we ended up not turning them on- but we didn’t need them. Maintenance did come quickly though to attempt to fix. Also there are two full size beds in the one room and one of the beds was not made when we arrived but we requested sheets and they came quickly. Overall I’d recommend staying here.

Nice home, but…

The home was in a nice location- a short walk to the beach and many activities. The home was decorated well, it had a coastal vibe. The WiFi was fine. There were not TV’s in every bedroom like the pictures show, only in the master. There were some groups of kids there for Senior Week, so that was loud on our last night. They were playing music and out on their balconies and talking loudly past 2AM. (I thought there were policies to eliminate that.) The kitchen was not cleaned well, but other parts of the home were. There was a strong urine smell in the master closet (hopefully from an animal, but again a no pet policy???)

A simple place for a simple vacation.

PLUS: 1. They have a pool in the roof of the building... which is great with young kids. It can get tiring lugging everything to the beach... so sometimes it's just easier to just have a simple pool morning then go to the beach when it's a little cooler. 2. GREAT LOCATION! Close enough to the boardwalk, Starbucks only a block away, and CVS around the corner. MINUS: 1. Not as clean as we'd like. a. A bottle of dirty water from a previous guest that smokes, was found in the room... which made the bedroom smell. b. Bathroom toilet had a dark circle around it. 2. Kitchen not stocked with a lot but only with the below bare minimum... so a little inconvenient when you're hoping to do some cooking and not order out for every meal.

long weekend

Our event was canceled due to weather but we still went to OC for the weekend and had a great time. Condo was great location and had plenty of space for all 6 of us. We would stay again, just in nicer weather so we could enjoy the rooftop pool and balconies a bit more.

Great condo & location

Bed were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, quick walk to the beach. Each bedroom had blackout curtains which was a huge plus. Friendly neighbors & kid friendly. Overall very happy with the experience. There was minor wear & tear like any rental condo but overall very well kept.

Great location with some pros and cons

Pros: This was our first time renting a VRBO from Vacasa. The location is fabulous. The condo was well suited for our family including grandparents, parents, an aunt, and baby. The top floor outdoor pool was abandoned and perfectly clean, making us feel like we had our own rooftop oasis. Additionally, it was very quiet in the building - it seems that this building isn’t entirely rented out but also includes some homeowners as well which was nice. The views from the balcony were lovely and the sheets on the bed were crisp and clean, as were the tile floors. We felt the furnishings were adequate and the beds were plush and comfortable. Cons: We arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and a moldy shower with a bunch of balled up hair on it. The decor in the main guest room had quite a good deal of dust on it, so much that when I wiped it down myself the paper towel was a grey color. Not a deal breaker, but the cleaning service definitely left something to be desired as some of the walls were scuffed, one closet was missing a handle, and some of the furniture was still sandy when we arrived. Additionally, the beds did not include comforters - only sheets and thin blankets. Admittedly, this could have been an oversight on our part but definitely bring thicker towels and blankets if you plan on staying here. Overall, we would probably stay here again as we had a great time but would just ask that maybe the cleaning crew give it more than a once over.
