Love Hilton Head and love this property

The property had lots of what you want in a vacation spot: proximity to eateries and a beach, clean and orderly, and outdoor space to lounge. I’d definitely rent this location again!

Great spot that we enjoyed. Only complaint is that the TV in the living area needs to be on a pivot mount so it can be adjusted to face the seating area.

Sweet spot

Sweet little condo just right for the two of us. A fun location next to The Salty Dog and a short walk to the beach.

Perfect location for quiet getaway

Check in process and getting parking pass was simple, and everything was as advertised no surprises whatsoever, loved how quiet and secluded location was unlike Coligny Beach which is where you want to go if you want chaos and crowded beach. Super clean place, with even a guest bag and a nice welcome card. Wonderful place to stay would love to return again!

Perfect Getaway!

We had the perfect week hanging out on the beach with the dolphins, biking, walking, fishing, horseback riding, taking the ferry to Daufuskie! We will be back. Best location we have been to in Sea Pines!

Nice Getaway

Very nice condo, perfect for couple (a little crowded maybe for 4 adults). Easy access to local beaches and bike trails and the South Beach Marina shops/eateries. Loved it !

Fabulous Week!

The condo is fabulous, even better in person! Extremely clean and very well stocked! Great location. We have been coming to HH for 35 years, this is probably one of my favorite places we have stayed. Great for a couple or a single person. We will definitely be staying there again next year!

Great Location!

The villa was as advertised. We felt very comfortable staying here. Short bike ride to beach #16 in the morning and a very short walk to South Beach in the evening to watch the sunset. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and pickleball courts. Villa was very clean. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo! It’s easily walkable to both the Atlantic Ocean waves and the Calibogue Sound. We loved watching the dolphins swim by! The condo was quiet and the area peaceful. The condo had everything we needed. My only complaint was the bed. It was too firm, and I slept on the sofa instead several nights, as a result, but that’s really personal preference.

Bamboo has taken over the beach area

The beach and water was nasty. They need to clean up all the bamboo, it has taken over the beach area. We could not go out on the beach at high tide for all the bugs in the bamboo.

We were hesitant being so close to such a popular tourist area, but we actually enjoyed being near The Salty Dog. We did have to walk a little ways down the beach to get to the ocean waves, but it was okay.

Steps

States its a first floor unit. It is technically. Seven steps up to landing, then four steps down to hall. 70 year old me did not enjoy those 11 brick steps.

We do try to make it clear that these villas involve steps, and we have the following written in the villa description: "1653 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. PLEASE NOTE: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas." The condo was very clean and updated.We were very pleased! We were steps away- just across the parking lot from Salty Dog Cafe. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent this property again in the near future.

Nice outdoor patio for eating breakfast or just reading a book. Our location was fantastic! We were close to the beach entrance and to the Salty Dog and shopping! This is our third year renting here and we love it!
