2 Queen Street is a recently remodeled two-story home located in the ocean block of South Rehoboth, only two homes from the beach and boardwalk! The perfect layout includes, a first floor large eat-in kitchen and an open living area that is perfect for family gatherings. As well as a first floor primary bedroom and bath, a den and a half-bath. Off of the living and kitchen area is an enclosed porch and deck for guests to soak in the sun and refreshing salt air. The second floor features two primary bedrooms and baths and two additional bedrooms that share the hall bath. A unique and a vacationers favorite feature is large second floor deck that includes an ocean view! This deck is accessible through the two bedrooms on the front of the house. A perfect area to enjoy in the day or evening! You will find throughout the entire house fresh paint and new upgraded flooring! Another great feature is the upgraded bathrooms have been remodeled with fresh fixtures, new showers and vanities! The yard has had a makeover as well with lush sod, a fenced yard and a new paver patio. There is off-street parking for three cars in the private driveway, plus two on-street parking passes provided. *Please take note the City of Rehoboth Beach does not allow parking on Queen St. or E. Lake Dr. between the hours of midnight and 6 A.M. This is a non smoking unit and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $318.50.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Day Minimum- Saturday to Saturday

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Perfect Beach House!

Last minute plans to Rehoboth with a group of teenagers. The house was impeccable and perfect for our group. The location is sensational! The house was equipped with everything we needed and the manager was helpful and responded quickly. We loved it!

Charming property with lots of light

My enjoyed a wonderful week at Rehoboth Beach. The house is one house from the boardwalk and from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking apparatus. We spent a lot of time on the porches.

Wonderful 5-Br just 1 house off the boardwalk

Clean and well apportioned. Plenty of plates and cups. Get the linen package. One TV did not work. The Kurig was broken. Several blinds did not go up. All considered this rental was great! How can you not love Rehoboth in good weather in the fall.

Great house and location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach house, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short stroll from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The house itself is beautifully maintained and very spacious. The bedrooms are well-sized, providing plenty of room for relaxation, and the bathrooms are clean and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. The living areas are cozy and inviting, perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, and there are plenty of dining options nearby if you prefer eating out. The outdoor space is great too. Overall, this rental beach house provided an excellent base for our vacation. We loved the convenience of being so close to the beach and appreciated the comfort and amenities the house offered. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway!

Family vacation at Rehoboth

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great family get together!! We make the best of anything if we can all be together!! We have stayed at 2 Queen several times but this time under new ownership. We were told lots of up grades were done but a new fence and patio weren’t useful since we were not allowed to bring our dogs. As for updates in the house, a couple new vanities and paint didn’t seem to enough to justify the cost and not allowing dogs. The floor seemed new but we needed to sweep up sand in several places and very few rugs. Upon entry we found several smoke detectors hanging from the ceiling and after going through the house found all but 2 smoke detectors open and no batteries in them. The powder room towel bar fell off the wall with the slightest bump. Lights in the master bathroom were burned out and the shower door was missing a wheel so you only move one door. We found dirty blankets from the previous guests in the washing machine as well as all the kitchen towels. One of the upstairs bathroom’s sink was really clogged. Back door knob needed fixed also. So I spent several phone calls to Coldwell to resolve the issues. Coldwell staff was very helpful and kept me posted on the progress of fixing some of the issues. Disappointed in what we spent for the house to make/receive phone calls to fix things while on vacation. We were also really disappointed that we couldn’t bring our well behaved dogs since the house is so close to poodle beach and that our daughter couldn’t bring her therapy dog. We love Rehoboth Beach and will certainly be back but will probably need to find a different house for our family get together.

Parking on the next block?

Lovely location and very nice renovation. The oven was too dirty to use, but luckily there was a very substantial grill. With occupants ranging in age from 63 to 91, having to park one block over was at the least inconvenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roomy house 2 in from the loveliest part of the boardwalk and beach. 5 decent bedrooms, 3 with bath. The house suffered from a complete lack of carpet or rugs as well as a non-working gas fire combined with a heat problem—either the upstairs or downstairs would heat but not both at the same time. So not cozy. Still, we wore sweaters and had a good time. Hopefully they are in the midst of a refresh—the walls seem recently painted—and these things will be improved soon.
