Come enjoy your own slice of paradise in this Seagate Condo! The Seagate complex is one of the most sought-after well-maintained complexes in all of Indian Shores. This condo is meant for a relaxing beachfront vacation with its massive balcony boasting stunning unobstructed ocean views perfect for sunsets. The building is located on the beach and features an elevator so packing your gear and heading to the beach is a breeze. Take a dip in the ocean or head to the heated pool for a day of relaxation. Take a trip to this condo in Indian Shores for its powdery white sand, pristine clear gulf water and charming beach town feel. Every guest receives a copy of our local guide complimentary so you can visit like a local.

Condo Features:
3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathroom condo with oversized oceanfront balcony, association elevator and 1 reserved parking space. Upgraded features, coastal décor and thoughtful guest amenities throughout make this condo the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation. Upgraded granite surfaces and indulgent minibar including a wine fridge.

Primary Bedroom – King mattress, Flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, walk in closet and private sliding door balcony access. The primary bedroom includes a work desk and chair perfect for remote work!

Second Bedroom – Double Queen Mattresses with flatscreen TV

Third Bedroom – Queen mattress and flatscreen TV.

Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across from the kitchen is a hallway bathroom with dual sink vanity.

Kitchen – Updated kitchen with granite countertops, fully stocked with cooking essentials for your convenience. Dining room table with seating for 6 and bonus breakfast bar seating.

Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you'll notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has a coastal comfortable charm with two sofas and one chair plus flat screen TV. One of the sofas has a queen sleeper sofa. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests!

Laundry Room – Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience.

Association Amenities - Heated Pool, BBQ Grill, Picnic Bench

Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for one vehicle. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow.

Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 2 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 2 above parking garage

Everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation!

Condo was exactly as described. The location to get to different areas of the island was very beneficial. The pool, beach access and location are all you need. Though a bit pricey, the convenience was worth it. Thank you and we will highly recommend for those who want the beach to be the main attraction.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Very roomy and had ample closet space. Beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony were fantastic, as always in this area. We loved the amount of beach gear that was supplied in the condo. We flew in and couldn’t bring chairs or umbrella. We didn’t know what all would be supplied, but there were plenty of chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler. We love being able to walk to Salt Rock Grill for dinner! Sunsets are unreal here. Would definitely stay here again! Our only con was there was a very large pipe on the beach directly in front of the condo that was being worked on everyday we were there, which caused the beach goers to crowd together where there weren’t construction vehicles around. There was also quite a bit of construction happening around us in other condos. While it’s likely this couldn’t be prevented and was due to time of year (Oct 2025), it does prompt us to give the beach experience a 4 star instead of the 5.Otherwise we loved our stay!

Great place perfect view

Condo was perfect for our family and enjoyed the sunsets off of the balcony. Owners were very informative and communication was very convenient. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The condo itself was great! Beautiful place, perfect location to food and stuff to do. Amazing views. We ran into a problem with a lot of construction on the building, closed fire escapes and a closed pool with no communication from the Property Manager or the association that ran the building. This appeared to be no fault of the person who owned the condo, so that’s why I continue to give this a 5 star. The room was well equipped with chairs and beach towels for those traveling by plane. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Beautiful views

This condo is nice it’s in desperate need of a deep clean. The showers could be a bit better definitely could use a new shower head floor floods every time you take a shower . The closets are a bit cluttered had a hard time even hanging up close I just wish there was better communication on how much construction there would be other than that as long as the construction is over with the condo it would be wonderful, but my experience with the construction was absolutely awful. Couldn’t find a parking spot. Had to listen to drilling at six in the morning, horrible horrible fumes and dust everywhere. The pool was closed almost every day. We were there and the one two days that it was open it was green and on swimmable so didn’t get a chance to use a lot of the amenities the condo did come with a lot of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys that was definitely a bonus. There’s a lot of positives with this condo. I think if they just fixed a few things. I would definitely go back to this condo as long as the construction is gone..

Lovely unit

The unit is lovely with everything you need. Unfortunately they were replacing the railings in the building which meant jack hammers and concrete grinding starting promptly at 8 am. The pool bathroom doors were missing so going back up and down was not great. Make sure that is finished. I’m sure they are going as fast as they can. Otherwise it is a wonderful place. Very convenient and a great beach.

Spring Break Stay

The property is in a great location and the property was spacious which were the two primary reasons we selected this condo to rent. There was significant construction at the building on the balcony which I found out after I passed 50% refund deadline. Although there was one sentence on this in the listing that I missed, the owners didn't tell me until it was too late to find another option. The owners were polite but mostly interested in making sure they minimally informed us of what was going on so we didn't leave the property or complain later. The construction activity was much higher than I was led to believe the back patio with grills and seating was all closed and not usable. The work being done was more on all parts of the building facade. There was frequently closed stair wells and dust and slurry all around the building and construction activities 8-5 pm everyday we were there. I have stayed at many VRBO in the St. Petersburg area and for the price, this property is not worth it and even more disappointing during a major construction activity on the building. The general condition of the furniture and condo amenities were not commensurate with other properties we had stayed with in the past.

Relaxation Paradise

Our accommodations were perfect and matches the description exactly. Traveling with 2 boys ages 2 & 4 and had lots of space. Kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook and dine comfortably. Beach access was right outside and beautiful. Not a busy area with large hotels and such so it was very peaceful. If you are looking to enjoy family and really have time together, this is your spot! Restaurants and stores within a 5 minute drive. Hostess was extremely responsive!

Didn't want to leave

This property was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The beach, right outside, was breathtaking, white sand, clear water and no seaweed. The area was wonderful snd quiet. Our favorite restaurants were Salt Rock (make reservations ahead of your arrival), only a block away and Conch Republic, a few minutes drive. We are already planning to return next year for a longer period. One week was not enough.

Christmas Family Time

We enjoyed our stay with family. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Great location to beach and local restaurants and activities. We plan to visit more often and hopefully stay in this location/unit. Thank you!

Modern, family friendly beach condo

Lovely ocean view & plenty of room for family. The beach was not crowded & the closets were full of beach chairs & toys. Both pod style & regular coffee makers were a plus for our family & great counter space to load up of food for the week. Upscale restaurant was across the street in one direction & a put put golf course in the other direction. This is the perfect family condo.

Friends beach relaxation

Four friends needing some beach relaxation, this place was exactly what we needed! Right on the beach, nice area, quiet, very nice place! Easy instructions for entry & exiting, very cute decor, just about anything you’d need, comfortable beds, beach towels & items included! We had a great time! Beach was nice, not too busy, super fine sand, not many shells but we found some! We even saw some dolphins from the great view on the lanai!

Right on the beach!

We loved being right on the beach and enjoying Sunsets and sunrises from our balcony. The beach was perfect and not too crowded. Grounds are kept up nice. Unit decorated nicely. Love the updated bathrooms with bright light!

Spacious, clean, beautiful views & family friendly!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Sea Gate 205. The condo itself was beautiful - spacious and immaculately clean. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the attention to detail and the care that had gone into making it a comfortable and inviting space. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning beachfront location. The condo offered breathtaking views of the ocean, and we couldn't have been closer to the beach if we tried. The kids had an absolute blast. The ocean and the pool were their playgrounds for the week. The convenience of being able to step right out onto the beach made our days so enjoyable. We built sandcastles, played in the waves, and watched the sunset in the evenings. The pool was equally inviting, and our kids made friends with other families staying at the condo, adding a fun social aspect to our trip. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories.

Short get away

Our stay was great the place is beautiful. We stayed here last year as well and this year had new living room furniture. Beautiful view of gulf. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would rate place 5 stars.

Fabulous trip! Fabulous, spacious condo!

We had an amazing time at this condo! We had our adult children and our grandchildren and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable. We had a fabulous time and the host is great. The beaches are fantastic. Location is perfect and close to awesome restaurants. Views and sunsets were spectacular. We will book it again. Thank you.

Great location but needs some attention

Our stay as a family was overall okay. The unit is in an amazing location and fairly advertised on the photo and listing. A few things that needs some attention were the cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, appliances and dishes. We had to hand clean the coffee machine from white residue and coffee before use. We also had to run a load in the dishwasher of all utensils and glassware before use due to visible food stains. The oven was extremely slow to preheat and cook anything and the display is non functional, so we were unable to see the temperature setting of the oven. Additionally, the water pressure of the two sinks in the second bath (not master) was barely functional, barely any stream of water was coming out, even though the shower was highly functional. Upon arrival, we were greeted by cockroaches in this same guest bath as well. Also, the living room furniture (couches) were squeaky and uncomfortable with some visible tears on the love seat unit. For a unit which has signs all over the unit to be mindful of cleanliness from their clients, they need to do a better job of cleaning the unit over all before renting to families.
