To Note:
Home is dog friendly as are the beaches. However, there is no fenced area for dogs and the house is on piers. Pet fee is required for all dogs. No other animals accepted/no puppies. Dogs must be crated when home alone.

Morgantown has numerous natural areas and at times (depending upon the amount of recent rain) marsh-like areas including around our home. These areas are home to wildlife and bugs and pets/children should not go into them.

Rental age is 25. Booking person must be staying as a guest in our home and be present at all times. This is a family friendly community-loud noise and/or parties are not tolerated.

Golf cart may be available during your stay unless it is out for repairs (carts may also be rented from local businesses). Usage is complementary and not reflected in nightly rates. All cart drivers must be licensed and at least 18 years of age. Guests/drivers assume all liability for driving it and should not use cart if unfamiliar with its operation.

Morgantown now has high speed internet-one of the first communities in Ft. Morgan. TVs are located in each room and you can choose from 300 channels or stream from your devices.

Lastly-Please purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. Life happens and so do unexpected medical emergencies and transportation mishaps.
