This beautiful cozy house in Marathon will be your perfect house to vacation. With a private dock, a pool and just seconds to the open waters. Beautiful balcony to spend your mornings while drinking your coffee. Great house for families outdoor fun or relaxation. The house includes two spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms. All new and remodeled. Can bring your boat and trailer. House has two outdoor security cameras. One camera in the driveway facing the street. Other outdoor camera facing dock and canal. Privacy is respected at all times. Come see for yourself the amazing views and vibe this property has to offer.
We offer bicycles and kayak to enjoy while in your stay.

Wonderful stay!

Very clean home with beautiful view of canal. Lots of extras to help get you started on your trip. I loved the extra beach towels. The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. We used the kayaks and had two manatees swim right underneath us! Thank you again!

Wonderful location & wonderful stay

Yeni & Juan's property is meticulously maintained and has all the comforts of home. Our favorite part of the stay was playing in the super comfortably heated pool and watching the activities along the canal. Book this property. You won't regret it.

Wonderful … just book it ….

This house was gorgeous and updated. Everything felt new. Yeni was so helpful and responsive. We felt right at home. The pool is perfect. We kayaked from the dock several times. Plenty of pool towels … rafts … beach chairs. We loved it.

Charming house on the canal

We had a great time relaxing in the pool and beautiful back yard. We also enjoyed kayaking in the canal and watching the Manatees. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful home! We had the most wonderful week with everything we needed. The house was clean and so cutely decorated. The upper deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and having dinner at night. We loved the pool area and used the kayaks a lot. A big highlight was seeing the manatees! We also rode the bikes to the bagel place at the top of the street and the food was amazing. I highly suggest the Sea Turtle Hospital, going to Big Pine Key to see the Key Deer and eat at No Name bar, visit Bahia Honda State Park, and bike through Key West. Thank you for a relaxing week in paradise!

Calmness on the Gulf.

We booked in January and found this just listed property. It was clean and well appointed. The bike trail was close by and we biked nearly every day. We had a relaxing stay and would consider this property again for our rental needs.

Fantastic!!

Spotless house, beautifully decorated and the view was just perfect. Enjoyed the pool and manatee watching. Short drive to beaches. Just an over fantastic time. Yeni was so responsive if there was anything we needed. Would love to go back to think house for sure 😊

Beautiful home

When we walked into the house we were immediately impressed. The home was very clean, decorated very nice and had many amenities. We enjoyed the pool almost every day, looking over the canal. The bikes and kayaks were great to have, and used those too. Everything was in great shape and working order. Yeni was great at communication and was helpful suggesting places to visit.

Wonderful Canal Front Home

This centrally located home in Marathon was perfect for our family of three. We rented a boat for 5 days which we kept at the dock in front of the home with very easy access to the open waters. We loved the outdoor space with the pool and watching the sunrise from the upper deck. The interior was well furnished and the king size bed in the master was very comfortable. Also, plenty of space for clothes in the walk in closet as well as large dresser. We ate out most nights but the two nights we stayed in we used the grill which was great. The only thing I would suggest is to add more seating on the upper deck to make it easier to enjoy meals outdoors. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Phenomenal Location, Amenities, Experience & Best Management

We stayed for a week. This location is just minutes by boat away from Gulf and Atlantic Ocean playground! Also boat drop is minutes away. Best Location - central to every amenity and fun hot spot on land and water - from diving, snorkeling, kayaking and watching aquatic life… manatee swimming up and down the canal day and night with fresh views as you swing on the porch swing or while resting peacefully on the hammock…minutes away from the best seafood and Italian eateries the Florida Keys have to offer - you must try Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House down the street (make reservations early or be prepared to wait - best fresh catch sushi & seafood dishes tin florida) & Triton which serve fire grilled pizza, Italian, & great seafood in our opinion….there are so many hidden gems surrounding this location that you truly will need to come back more than once to experience everything. The owners/ managers are highly communicative and very inviting if you need any assistance. Easy to get to. PRIME LOCATION! You’re going to love it here…truly a ho e away from home…thank you for your hospitality during our stay! We hope to be back many times over

Beautiful canal home

Wife and I rented this house for 15 days. The house was spotless when we arrived. The host is super responsive as we had a small issue from the start with the lock(our fault). The house is located in kind of a central area for marathon. Publix is only like 2-3 miles down the road. Very quiet neighborhood. If you have a boat the boat ramp is close as well. Here are a few pro’s and con’s Pro’s 1. Very clean and well furnished/stocked home. 2. Grounds were very well kept 3. Host very responsive 4. Easy and quick access to open water from dock 5. Conveniently located Con’s 1. Dock was a little difficult to maneuver out of. We had a 22ft boat. 2. Maintenance/yard guy would just randomly show up 3. AC needs a little work. Would leave for the day and return in the afternoon and it would be almost 80 in the house. All in all a wonderful place. Wonderful host and would most defiantly stay here again.

Perfect house in the perfect spot!

Yeni was communicative & accommodating. Our family of 5 arrived early morning & we were granted permission to use the outside pool area prior to regular check-in time. This was a life saver, the kids used the pool & we had a place to relax until the property was ready for check-in. There was a slight issue with the dishwasher, they had it fixed immediately. Top notch hosts. The property is exactly as listed. 2 bedrooms w/ 2 baths (1 tub/1 shower) and a large living room with a couch that folds out into a full size bed. Great views from the balcony. The house is completely updated & modern. Note the entire usable space of the house is on the second story. So be prepared to use steps, and frequently! This was not a problem for us but good to know for someone with mobility challenges. The location was perfect. We rented a boat for the week, and it literally took minutes to get to open water both the Gulf and Atlantic via Vaca Cut. Quite convenient. Property is close to many restaurant, grocery stores, pharmacy, turtle hospital, sombrero beach, bait n tackle shops, etc. The pool was a bit smaller than expected based on the photos, but the kids enjoyed it. We did not pay to have it heated in March and the temps were favorable. Some pool toys & beach chairs were provided along with 4 bikes and 2 kayaks. Docking our 21ft boat was a bit challenging so be prepared for that. Caught fish off canal and saw manatees regularly. All in all great stay, will look to rent again!

Beautiful Home in Marathon!

Our family had a wonderful week in Marathon at this beautiful home. The home is newly renovated, well stocked and very comfortable. We spent many hours outside on the balcony overlooking the canal. The minute we got there, the kids were greeted by several manatees in the canal, they got a kick out of that. We rented a boat and docked it right behind the home - it was easy to get in and out. The location is perfect for boating, take one left turn and you're in the gulf and there's a cut to the Atlantic side not far away. Highly recommend this property!
