Retreat to this spacious 1,200 square foot 2BR/2BA Gulf getaway in the heart of South Padre Island. The first-floor condo features a large poolside patio, nautical-inspired design elements, and tile flooring throughout.
This oceanfront condo offers easy access to a hub of nearby activities. Convenient Suntide II on-site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and direct beach access.
LIVING AREA
Unwind on the large sectional sofa in the living room and enjoy favorite shows on the 40” flat screen TV. The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets needed to prepare family favorite meals. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three or gather at the dining table with seating for four.
BED & BATH
This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep six total.
The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed and 40” TV with a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom features a king bed, a closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Relax on your private patio-- steps away from the heated pool, hot tub, and beach. The covered space is complete with four chairs.
On-site Suntide II amenities include tennis courts, beach volleyball, and a community grill area.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, an on-site coin-operated laundry facility, and parking for one vehicle in the parking garage are provided. Additional street parking is also available.
During spring break wristbands may be required with extra fees.

Explore South Padre Island by foot or utilize the free shuttle service for nearby amenities.
The beach is just steps out your back door. Water sports enthusiasts can find rentals at On the Beach for surfboards, paddleboards, and bodyboards. Or cruise the beach on bicycles, golf carts, and electric scooters from SPI Activities. Both stores are within a 5-minute walk from your rental.
Enjoy a fun-filled day with the family at Schlitterbahn Waterpark, just 2 miles from home. Or walk 3 minutes to Gravity Park for go-carts, mini-golf, reverse bungee, and a climbing wall.
Check out the menu at local seafood favorite, Blackbeard’s Restaurant, and don’t miss live music at the waterfront bar and grill Wanna Wanna-- both located several blocks away.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Was a nice getaway. Really enjoyed the size and roominess of this place.Quick access to beach and pool,hot tub. Overall it does have room for improvement but we did enjoy our stay very much

Great location, right next to the pool/hot tub, short walk to the beach. Condo itself not great no updates, key pad hardly worked to enter, no extra anything ex. Salt/pepper, broom, beach towels.

Relaxing Home away from Home
The condo was everything I hoped for. We went for the beach and it was right outside the back door! If I had to point out a flaw, I would say it was parking. There are signs that state "compact car parking only" but this was not enforced so it was a free for all with large trucks parking there. Other than that, the place was great!

Great location, needs updates
Loved the location of this condo for our first visit to the Island. Ground floor was so convenient for getting into and use of the pool and beach. Nice to have the large walk-in closet! The rattan furniture was thick with dust and one bathroom's lighting was too dim to use. Also both bed frames are loose...too much movement to be really comfortable. Codes worked, but could be simpler. Location was very nice as we could walk to many restaurants and shops.

Not my home away from home
This unit needs to have some good cleaning: wall behind the garbage can, ceiling where the kitchen fan is, outside patio before guests arrive. Both toilets needed to be fixed. Good thing we had a handyman with us who fixed both. For the price, this is not what we expected.

Condo 108
We have stayed here for years (over 20). This condo has declined greatly with nothing being updated but the price is still set for everything to be working correctly. The stove/oven is hard to cook on. One burner cooks but not very well. The coffee pot does not work. The dishwasher has a foul smell coming from it if you use it. We had to hand wash all dishes all week. The blinds in the room closest to the pool do not close all the way so at night you could see into our condo. The back door does not latch. The only way to fully close the door is to deadbolt it. For what we paid I expected things to be working correctly.

I’d stay here again
The pictures were a little misleading, I booked this property partly because there was grass off the patio to accommodate our dog. There was no grass for our unit, it was at the far end. Also, there were NO pet signs everywhere. At one point, we got a call that we needed to remove our dog. I paid a pet fee, we never heard anything else about the dog. The weather wasn’t great, so it was absolutely wonderful to have a heated pool and hot tub right outside of our door. Very protected from the wind so we were able to enjoy the day. However, the partying in the hot tub lasts well into the morning hours during spring break, and this is pretty noisy right outside of the bedroom window. It didn’t bother us at all. All in all, this was a place that I’d stay again. Location was great. Steps to the pool, a few more steps to the sand. We had 2 teenagers and this was a great place for them as well.
