Nestled in the North Tower community just minutes from Barefoot Landing, this coastal condo presents views of the ocean and resort grounds from the large covered balcony. The spacious interior offers four flatscreen TVs, two en-suite bathrooms, and a jetted tub. After fun-filled days, unwind for movie nights in the welcoming living area. The sparkling coastline is just a short drive away. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. Amazing shared amenities include a pool, hot tub, and gym. The unbeatable locale of this condo offers easy access to the beach as well as shops, dining, and attractions at Barefoot Landing.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will pick up a check-in envelope at the Vacasa office on the day of your reservation. The office is located 10 miles from the resort. The check-in envelope will contain three swipe keys that open the condo door.
A queen sofabed in the living area provides an added sleeping option

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was clean, there was a lot of work going on with the parking deck and the balcony. Didn’t have any views when sitting on the balcony because it was wrapped in plastic due to the work which was unfortunate and parking was a hassle. Overall clean and convenient location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We loved walking up to Barefoot Landing and catching the shuttle back down to the property afterwards.

This place has lots of onsite amenities and is also close to many good restaurants in North Myrtle Beach; however our unit was not that clean and getting abit rundown.

Trip with grandkids

Had break from school and came and made the most of it. Location is great. Great size for the 5 of us to spread out. Extra bathroom was great for granddaughter. Heated pools and lazy river was a big hit. Would come back again.

I came with friends from out of state & we usually stay somewhere else because of one of the friends timeshare. I saw this place and decided to book it a few days before our already booked vacation.Everyone loved it ❤️

Brought our daughter and her bf after they got out of college. Great Resort with great amenities. Our unit was clean and perfect for us. 2nd floor allowed us to use the elevator or stairs. We will definitely book here in the future.

Good accommodations and the pool is great. Picking the keys up 20 minutes away was a pain. The envelope said it had 2 parking passes in it but had none so parking was sketchy

Bigger place then what I expected. Pretty clean and great views of pool and ocean. Parking was a hassle, not very convenient as far as getting in and out of resort. Carpet was dirty, garbage disposal did not work. But everything was better then avg

Nice resort. Ok condo

We loved the resort but there is a lot of work that needs to be done to the unit itself. While we were there to relax it felt like we spent a good bit of time trying to fix things within the home just for basic necessities. Washer needs upgrade and better maintenance throughout the condo. Wish we had a better view but a lower balcony worked for us with small children. Great access with stairs. Difficulty with parking some nights due to having a large SUV. Would probably choose a different unit next trip.

Nice view, Confusing setup.

The instructions to get the key were not clear and we were inconvenienced to go to multiple places before getting our key. When we got to the place to get our key, there was no one to greet us and the drop box didn’t work.

Resort was great, but not the condo

Resort was great, but I would not recommend staying in the condo. First, we did not receive the right number of Pool passes, so we could not enjoy the pool on the first day. Secondly, we requested more towels and a change of sheet sets, due to stains, and we never received them. Thirdly, there was trash in the bedroom closet. Lastly, our ac was not working on the last day.

Disappointing

Condo was very pretty aesthetically and location/resort as a whole is very nice, as well as the best section of beach in Myrtle. Condo was aged and there was noticeable wear and tear throughout. Felt some of the furniture was very cheap and did not adequately meet the needs of my family(storage space, etc), and very uncomfortable beds with pillows. Couch was broken with the sleeper coming out of the bottom almost to the floor, causing the cushions to get sucked in past the frame making it very uncomfortable to sit. Place was dirty when we arrived with sand in several places. It’s a great resort and my favorite section of Myrtle beach to stay. We have stayed here several times but this was certainly the worst time my family and myself have had here.

Sept 2022 Stay

We love the North Beach complex but this unit was new to us. Was worried that the second floor might be too noisy but it worked just fine. We had 5 people staying for a 3 day girls weekend and the unit served the basic purpose, but it definitely needs some attention. The microwave doesn’t work at all. None of the settings heat food. Oven was dirty, carpet needs to be thoroughly cleaned (or replaced) and the main door to the balcony is nearly impossible to operate. It lacked some basic kitchen necessities but since we weren’t a huge group and only there a few days it was ok.

Cute condo

The condo itself is very nice and spacious. The instructions do not list which tower the unit is in so it took us 20 min going up and down multiple elevators in different buildings to find our unit. It is located in the west tower, nowhere on the instructions does it say that & when I called to speak with someone they also didn’t know which tower it was in. The listing states it provides starter kit of toiletries which there were none supplied at all once we arrived. The master toilet was overflown with water and bubbles and hair. The balcony was closed our entire stay so we weren’t able to enjoy that. There was loud construction starting at 7am everyday during the duration of our stay and multiple pools closed due to maintenance. Some of these things are out of their control however they should have been communicated to us so we could have been prepared. The place to pick up keys is very much out of the way 20 min inland, but the process to pick up the keys were easy.

The room is ok/good but could be amazing. Dining room furniture must be replaced. This was an issue when we stayed in this room last year. Someone is going to get hurt. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. It’s heavily worn and not comfortable. Sofa bed broken as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Room was clean with the exception of the floor. It had been swept before our arrival but definitely not mopped. You can feel the grit under your feet when walking. Thanks you for replacing the carpet. Need more lamps for lighting. We had to buy one and left it because we didn’t have room to bring back with us. There is a chair in the living room without cushions??? Would stay in this room again but would be VERY disappointed if these concerns were not addressed because these were the same concerns we had staying in this room the previous year ( except the carpet was finally replaced).

Beautiful location but unclean condo

We’ve stayed at North Beach Plantation before and had a wonderful experience. We returned this year and rented from Vacasa, which we will NEVER do again. The condo had dirty, food-caked bowls, plates, cups, and silverware put away neatly in the cupboards and drawers. We had to pay to replace lightbulbs in the condo because there were burnt out bulbs in several of the lamps and they were the sole lights in the room. The top of the microwave exterior was missing and the fridge water/ice maker would drip a few drops of water then stop working. We were also upset that Vacasa said their policy was to provide 1 roll of toilet paper power toilet for the week stay and 1 trash bag for the kitchen trash can for the week stay. There was no soap provided for any of the bathrooms. We have we rented there through a different company and, like a hotel stay, all toilet paper, soaps, and trash bags were provided.

Needs a deep cleaning

The property is nice. Management responded promptly to request. The carpet needs to be cleaned. It was heavily soiled. The top of the microwave is broken and needs to be fixed. There was a thick layer of dust on the blades in one of the rooms. The floors were not swept or mopped prior to check in. There was sand on the floors that had to be swept. Screws need to be screwed in on handles to the rooms. There is mold and mildew around the tub in one of the bathrooms. Water damage with chipped paint and mold around a vent and on the ceiling in the bathroom. One of my guest has bad allergies and had a rash from the mold/mildew exposure.

Condo wasnt clean and too many things were broken

When we arrived we had dirty dishes, TV remote controls in living room had dead batteries, TV remote in bedroom was missing, and overall condo didn’t have minimal things. For example, no salt and pepper, paper towels, foil, toilet paper and cleaning items. I would expect this to be standard but having to purchase all these little things was a hassle. Check in process was a mess because I never received any emails. I had to call to prompt them to give me check in info. And they failed to notify me that check in was OFF PROPERTY. I had this condo booked for over 4 months and sent 4 messages to property manager. I received ZERO responses. Any time I needed help I had to call and wait on hold for Vrbo -30 min wait times.
