Great location but condo needs work

Upon arrival we found several issues. Broken ladder to bunk beds, door handle falling off of bathroom door, a hole in master bedroom door, dirty cup holders on sofa, and brown “stuff” on the sofa bedding. We went to get our bracelets and I let them know of the things we found. She said it was fine because we already paid a security deposit. I let her know that I would not be paying anything since these things were there when we arrived. She told me to text her pictures of everything so I did. She replied and said someone be there the next day to fix everything……we left 4 days later with everything still broken and dirty. The overall location was really amazing and the views are amazing. This particular condo needs work and a new cleaning crew for the money you pay to stay.

Dirty and not well furnished

The home is supposed to sleep 11. There were 4 forks, knives and plates. The finish was coming off the entire top of the table. Our feet were black within 30 minutes of walking on the floors. We were allotted one towel and wash rag per person so the washing and drying was constant. Found empty beer boxes in the dresser drawers from previous occupants and empty gatorade bottles under two of the beds. The home was filthy! Stains on the walls. Huge crumbs in the floors. Stains on every throw pillow in the unit!! Parking leaves so much to be desired. Coffee pot and machine were really really old and dirty. For a resort 2-3 years old this unit has NOT been taken care of and the property manager told us the unit was for sale and she had spoken to the owners about several maintenance issues. We had one property manager ask if the home had been furnished from thrift stores. How I am supposed to know that is beyond me but I would guess it had been! The air filter looked like it had not been replaced in at least a year! Significant maintenance and housekeeping issues! The property is managed by Panhandle Getaways. The staff is not at all helpful and several times just downright rude! For the money paid, we could have had a oceanfront home! I recommend looking elsewhere befor booking here!

Enjoyed the stay.

The property was nice. It was much smaller than expected (pix a bit misleading) but the property was beautiful. Also, it is not on the beach but across the street (again pix misleading). The property management was very responsive and pleasant. We has some issues with the internet, the cable, and the icemaker.. They resolved most and offered solutions for the others. Overall, it was a great stay for myself and 4 friends.

Mom's 80th Birthday trip

Condo was great and view from the deck was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. Location was nice as it was close to pier park. Walk over to the beach took a minute, would be nice if there was a crosswalk between the 2 resort buildings.
