Grandview Holidays is proud to present Sandpiper Sunset, the perfect spot for your next beach getaway!

Situated in a beautiful, spacious area of Gulf Shores with crystal clear water and white beaches.

Sandpiper Sunset has 2 separate sleeping areas, each containing two bedrooms and a bathroom. This design is perfect for families to enjoy vacation together. The main living space is an open floor plan with comfortable, well designed furniture, plenty of seating and a well stocked kitchen. There are also water views of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico.

Outside, there are two large decks from which to enjoy the water views, lounge and enjoy a good book or take in a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee.

We are surrounded by non-rental houses so peace and quiet is assured. You will be able to enjoy the relaxing tranquil waters of the bay and sleep peacefully at night.

On the Lagoon side, there is a private beach with dock, deck chairs and pavilion that reaches out over the lagoon. Fish off the dock, enjoy easy access to the lagoon or just lounge during sunset. This is one of our favorite parts of the house.

We also provide kayaks, boogie boards, a paddle boat and paddle boards to enjoy the Lagoon. Bicycles are available to explore the peninsula and there is a bike path on the West Beach. Use all at your own risk.

Saw the view from the front and back of the house we were blown away!

We arrived in the evening so we couldn’t see the views. Let me tell you, when we woke up the next morning and saw the view from the front and back of the house we were blown away. The beach is just across the road, the beaches are so private and beautiful. You truly feel as if you are the ones there. The dock was also our favorite place to hang out, peaceful and so much nature to watch between the fish jumping out of the water and the birds. The home had everything you needed. Just perfect!

This place was perfect for my family, including my Golden Retriever, who LOVED the dock and truly believed she could catch the crane who hung out in the lagoon daily. You get BEAUTIFUL sunrises on the beach and perfect sunsets on the dock. We had plenty of space inside and outside to hang out. We loved the fire pit, bikes, and beach toys that were provided. The only struggle we had was the inability to unpack because there is only one room with a tiny dresser. However, the views, privacy, and dock made living out of our suitcases no problem at all! I would definitely stay here again!

5/5 – Absolutely Perfect Bay-Side Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We just returned from an amazing week at this beautiful bay-side home in Gulf Shores, and we honestly didn’t want to leave! The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living areas are bright and welcoming, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking big meals together. But what really made this stay special was the outdoor space — it’s fantastic! We spent every evening on the large deck overlooking the bay, watching the sunset, and enjoying the peaceful water views. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s tucked away in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood on the bay side, which gave us that relaxed, “away from it all” feeling we were craving. No constant cars zooming by!

Best of both worlds and can't wait to go again!

Stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is just as described with beach across the street in the front and lagoon behind. We loved how the house was a little aways from the main area that had tons of condos and homes together. Went to the beach every day, they have a ton of toys, chairs and a cart to take to the beach. Also fished every day for those that didn't want to go to the beach. Best of both worlds and can't wait to go again. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful before, sorting and after our stay!

We loved this place!

We loved this place! We had plenty of space and everything we needed for two adults, three teenagers, and two elementary kids for the week. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there was tons of beach gear available for our use. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock behind the house, and the beach was accessible directly across the street. We had the beach largely to ourselves most of the time, possibly due to cool weather, and the kids were able to throw a baseball and kick a soccer ball around without coming within 50 yards of anyone else. Hosts were proactive and informative up front, so we knew exactly what we did/did not need to pack (especially helpful in terms of beach gear). They were also responsive and very quick when we had to ask where to locate extra supplies late one evening. We had a great time and would absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The views were absolutely stunning, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Waking up to the ocean and enjoying sunsets from the house made the trip extra special. A perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommend!

The beach house was exactly as described. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered in a rental or a hotel. I wished I could take them home with me! The hosts seemed very kind, the location between the lagoon and the gulf offered the best of both. We spent most of our time riding the excellent bike trails in the area. The kitchen had everything you could want including a spice rack holding about two dozen different spices. As lovers of Italian style pizza, we enjoyed Crico’s twice!

It is located in a really special part of Gulf Shores, away from the high rises and congestion but close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer (restaurants, festivals, activities).
