Grandview Holidays is proud to present Sandpiper Sunset, the perfect spot for your next beach getaway!

Situated in a beautiful, spacious area of Gulf Shores with crystal clear water and white beaches.

Sandpiper Sunset has 2 separate sleeping areas, each containing two bedrooms and a bathroom. This design is perfect for families to enjoy vacation together. The main living space is an open floor plan with comfortable, well designed furniture, plenty of seating and a well stocked kitchen. There are also water views of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico.

Outside, there are two large decks from which to enjoy the water views, lounge and enjoy a good book or take in a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee.

We are surrounded by non-rental houses so peace and quiet is assured. You will be able to enjoy the relaxing tranquil waters of the bay and sleep peacefully at night.

On the Lagoon side, there is a private beach with dock, deck chairs and pavilion that reaches out over the lagoon. Fish off the dock, enjoy easy access to the lagoon or just lounge during sunset. This is one of our favorite parts of the house.

We also provide kayaks, boogie boards, a paddle boat and paddle boards to enjoy the Lagoon. Bicycles are available to explore the peninsula and there is a bike path on the West Beach. Use all at your own risk.

A nice getaway from the hectic city!

We could not have been happier with the location and the accommodations. We were looking for a relaxing quiet weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The bay view hosted the most beautiful sunsets. Fantastic stay at Sandpiper Sunset!

We had a fantastic stay at Sandpiper Sunset and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Gulf Shores. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The location was excellent—we loved being able to enjoy the beach while also having the dock on Little Lagoon for fishing and relaxing. Jim and Jessica were excellent hosts. Communication was great from start to finish, check-in and check-out were simple, and they provided plenty of helpful information about the house and surrounding area. Our family made some great memories here, and the house was a big part of what made the trip so enjoyable. We would definitely stay at Sandpiper Sunset again on a future trip to Gulf Shores. Thank you, Jim and Jessica, for a wonderful stay!

One of the best vacations my family and I have taken.

One of the best vacations my family and I have taken. The location is perfect. It’s peaceful and yet still close enough to some of the great attraction spots and restaurants. We loved the dock and caught a lot of fish and really enjoyed the afternoon views from there as well. The crab net is truly a unique touch my son and grand daughter loved checking it every morning and afternoon. Also all of the equipment that is there to use makes things so convenient. We truly loved our time in your home and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you 😊

Everything was wonderful! A hammock or swing in the patio downstairs area could be a plus when hanging out in the shade outside. Otherwise absolutely no complaints. Our host Jessica went above and beyond with hospitality.

My family absolutely loved this home!

My family absolutely loved this home! It is directly across the street from the beach and the backyard and dock area are great additions. The host is extremely responsive and proactive. The home also has everything for baby and toddlers which was great! Another plus was that they actually had spices, oil, dryer sheets, and extra toiletries that usually end up sending you back to the store. The kayaks, life vests, and extras in storage were also great!

My family had a wonderful time at the beach house. I would recommend this place. We had room for visiting in the family room and kitchen. We had a great table for games. The firepit was great. We had everything we needed.

Saw the view from the front and back of the house we were blown away!

We arrived in the evening so we couldn’t see the views. Let me tell you, when we woke up the next morning and saw the view from the front and back of the house we were blown away. The beach is just across the road, the beaches are so private and beautiful. You truly feel as if you are the ones there. The dock was also our favorite place to hang out, peaceful and so much nature to watch between the fish jumping out of the water and the birds. The home had everything you needed. Just perfect!

Best of both worlds and can't wait to go again!

Stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is just as described with beach across the street in the front and lagoon behind. We loved how the house was a little aways from the main area that had tons of condos and homes together. Went to the beach every day, they have a ton of toys, chairs and a cart to take to the beach. Also fished every day for those that didn't want to go to the beach. Best of both worlds and can't wait to go again. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful before, sorting and after our stay!

We fell in love with this house on sight. It is located in a really special part of Gulf Shores, away from the high rises and congestion but close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer (restaurants, festivals, activities). We have found it the perfect place to relax with our family and extended family and hope you do as well.
