BEAUTIFUL VIEWS & 3 MINUTE DRIVE TO CRUZ BAY TOWN

Tranquil Breeze- Stay at our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home conveniently located on the picturesque Island of St. John overlooking three beautiful bays: Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole and Rendezvous Bay. Each bedroom will have it's own private bathroom. Every room has it's own A/C and the entire house can be powered by a generator that will automatically switch on in case the island were to lose power (very important, as this can happen). You do not want your vacation ruined by not having power at your rental property.

Tranquil Breeze will transport you to a tropical paradise. Start your morning with a coffee on the large wrap around deck enjoying the expansive views of the Caribbean where you overlook the Westin resort and can see St. Thomas, even St. Croix on a clear day and the three bays (Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay & Rendezvous Bay). Later, drive to one of the many world-famous St. John National Park beaches where you can snorkel, hike, Stand Up Paddle Board and/or enjoy a lazy day at the beach. After a long day of exploring you can enjoy the quiet community pool which is just a few steps from our house or enjoy a Happy Hour cocktail on the wraparound deck. Please note that there are only 7 properties which share the pool and only 3 of the properties are rentals (the pool is usually empty/private). At night you can take a 3-minute drive into Cruz Bay town where you can eat at one of the many great restaurants and enjoy the night away with a few drinks.

Tranquil Breeze was recently renovated and updated in 2022 and features a gourmet kitchen, full generator to power the home when the power goes out on island, fully air-conditioned house (all bedrooms and main living room are fully A/C), 3 Queen Bedrooms each with en suite bathroom (3 full Bathrooms), WiFi, Vaulted Cypress beam ceilings with overhead ceiling fans, updated furnishings and a washer/dryer. Tranquil Breeze has two bedrooms on the first floor which each have their own Queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom also has a Queen bed which is a perfect room for kids/teenagers or another adult couple.

*Tranquil Breeze also provides beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for all of your beach needs.

Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway, family vacation or you simply want to explore the beautiful island of St. John, you will find what you are looking for at Tranquil Breeze. Your group will be just minutes away from the town of Cruz Bay which contains many top notch restaurants, bar and grills, beach bars and shops that cater to every budget. My family really enjoyed the time spent at Tranquil Breeze. It was a lovely place to stay while on St. John for a family wedding. So close to Cruz Bay. Linda, property manager, was an excellent communicator and met us at the ferry dock. A wonderful deck to view the beautiful scenery!

Amazing views and location

Tranquil Breeze was absolutely amazing for our family of 6. Linda is an exceptional property manager and an excellent communicator. The Villa had everything we needed including items to make a day at the beach fun and easy. We soaked up the views and had to pinch ourselves a few times to make sure that we werenā€™t dreaming.

My family and I stayed at Tranquil Breeze for a week. The island of St. John itself is beautiful. My husband and I spent our honeymoon there and wanted to come back with our kids. Tranquil breeze had everything we needed. It was in a great location. The house was clean and spacious enough for all 4 of house. I would definitely stay there again when we return. I cannot say enough nice things about Linda, she was so helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. She made the whole process so easy. We were so sad to leave and we cannot wait to go back.

We had a wonderful week at Tranquil Breeze. The house has everything you need and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and view. Linda is so helpful and communicative. The first time we left the house we got mixed up and she kindly met up with us to lead us back. This island is so beautiful and you can't go wrong with anything you do!

After making several return trips to the island since 2013, they dreamed of owning a piece of paradise. This dream became a reality with the purchase of Tranquil Breeze. We truly hope you decide to stay in our home and enjoy everything that St. John has to offer. Mike & Bridgette enjoy taking their 3 young boys to the island annually.

Some of the best views right next to Cruz Bay town. Easy 3 minute drive to town. Location, location, location and views of course. Also, the property is FULLY A/C and has a GENERATOR to power the entire house which having both are rare in St. John at this price point. Don't skimp on any accommodations- you will not be hot or without power while staying at our property.
