The condo is located in the quiet, secluded, and secure area of El Encanto, within the gates of the Punta Mita Resort near the St. Regis and Four Seasons Resorts. There is 24 hour security both at the entrance to El Encanto as well as on the grounds along with the resort security. The 4 Beach Clubs (Pacifico, Ocean, Kupuri and El Surf) provide a safe beach environment for the entire family with secure beaches, fantastic restaurants and spa services available daily at the Kupuri Beach Club. Water sport rentals are also available. We have a Premier Membership which gives guests complimentary access to all 4 of these beach clubs The rental includes daily housekeeping Monday to Saturday (no sundays or stat holidays).
