This condo was excellent!

My family of six stayed for a week, the resort offered something for all of us. My kids ages(16,6,5,4) all loved the pools and the shuttle service is a lifesaver after a long day on the beach! We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation 2022

I visited this location June 9-12 and everything was great. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There was a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook dinner. It was walking distance from the beach. Such a great location! Definitely will be using this property for our next trip back to PCB!

Nice place close to beach

Overall quite a good place. Especially at a decent price point. However the shower drain could use some fixing up and found it a little odd not to include salt and pepper and dish soap. Overall though, I would stay again and as a whole it’s a excellent place!

the stay was fine but the carpet look terrible the door was hard to close if they dont want to pay to keep the carpets clean get rid of them .

Thank you so much for your honest feedback! Like we talked about during your stay, the carpet has been professionally cleaned several times, but unfortunately, some stains just won’t come out. We’ve asked the owner a few times about replacing it, but we are waiting for the okay from them to move forward. While you were here, we offered to bring a rug to help make things more comfortable, and we also offered to come take a look at the door, but we totally understand that you preferred we didn’t. Perfect condo

Everything was absolutely great. Property is amazing and very well kept.Condo had everything we needed for a 7 day stay. If I could change one thing thing that would be adding a grill if that was possibility. We couldn't find any on the property. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Overall, a great location, grounds were neat and well kept, gated community. The condo itself was clean, but dated. Bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen needs an upgrade. AC worked great. Prompt service from maintenence.

Beach Stay

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable . We did enjoy our visit. The parking lot was scary especially at night. People drove way to fast so I had to be very careful with my young grandson when walking. The check in process was frustrating . However the registration person was so helpful and you responded quickly.

Great Value

I really cannot complain since the price of this place was so affordable compared to others in the area. However there were a few things we had to deal with while we were there. The dishwasher was not working, the front door strike-plate was loose causing the door to have to be slammed shut. Not everything in the "Starter Pack" was present at check in and the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. However, for the price, the place was clean, had a full kitchen with all the cooking and place settings we needed. The view was pleasant, parking was always available, getting a tram to and from the beach was convenient and easy. the pools and amenities were abundant, just Be prepared that everything costs money even pickle ball and tennis courts, and it's not cheap. I was overwhelmed by the volume of emails I received throughout the booking and checkin process. Feels excessive but overall if you take the time to read everything checkin and check out are easy and smooth.
