Welcome to Walden in the Woods. Stroll to Douglas Beach from this luxe new-construction home, complete with a private hot tub! Fresh from the pages of a style magazine, the designer interior is filled with high-end furnishings and finishes. You’ll love the large picture windows that bathe the home in beautiful natural light! Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout, then gather round the firepit to watch the stars come out.

The social heart of the home, the main floor, is perfect for group gatherings. Get cozy by the gas fireplace or whip up delicious meals in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample quartz countertops. A den and sunroom provide quiet spots to curl up with a good book, and a half bath adds convenience on the first floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find a roomy office loft that’s perfect for remote working or room for more guests. Unwind into vacation mode in the spacious primary suite, which features a king bed, a large private bath, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom two features another king bed - perfect as a second primary. Bedrooms three and four, also on the second floor, include queen beds and ample closet spaces.

Acting as a game room, the unfinished walkout basement has plenty of room to kick back and play ping-pong or cornhole. A sliding glass door leads to the backyard, hot tub, firepit, and lush forest behind the home. Deer and wildlife are frequently seen in the area, strolling the woods and visiting the creeks on this beautiful property. Extra perks include free WiFi, whole-home Sonos, a water-softening system, lighting dimmers in each room, central AC, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
