This is a spectacular 2 or 3-bedroom condo in the NEW GRAND VENETIAN located right in front of the beautiful beach and ocean. The property is a gem, easily and quickly accessible from the pool area up to the 3rd floor via a private elevator or 2 short flights of stairs.

With panoramic views of Bahia de Banderas from the wrap-around patio. Fully sliding doors allow you to let the beautiful ocean breeze fill your soul and at the end of the day, the sunset is a focal point directly out over the ocean.

The property has 5 large swimming pools (3 are fully heated), a pool restaurant and bar with poolside waiter service. Restaurants located on the beach are a short beach walk away. Price listed is for a 2 bedroom. Please ask for the price for 3 bedrooms

The decorating was professionally designed including every detail needed to make your stay a very memorable one. A gourmet kitchen makes cooking a great experience. Maid service will clean 2 times a week and can be scheduled for additional days if desired.

We will have someone meet you at the Grand Venetian and bring you into the condo to acquaint you with everything

The evening will bring you fabulous sunsets from your large balcony, and breathtaking views of Vallarta, The cruise ships can be seen coming and leaving.

Within walking distance, you will have Starbucks, high-end and local restaurants, and a modern shopping area right next door called La Isla.

Multiple grocery and department stores are a short cab/uber ride away.

Priced as show is for a 2 bedroom. 3rd bedroom and bathroom is available for an additional $150 per night.

This condo is stunning - 3 large master bedrooms, wrap around deck with direct ocean/pool views, large living area and kitchen. We had a wonderful vacation. Only one complaint has to do with the bed linens - they were badly sweat and blood stained. Even if they are laundered - these stains are just gross. The mattress pad and pillows also had blood stains. I'm sure that with less than one night's rent new pillows and bedding can be purchased to replace these stained items. All three bedrooms had the same issue. Otherwise our vacation was enjoyable - the location is perfect, quiet and relaxing and close enough to Centro/Zona Romantica to take advantage of the dining and markets. Will rent again.

We had an excellent stay at this condo! The views are amazing and the pools and beach were perfect. Communication with both the owner and the property managers was easy and they were quick to respond. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing location and condo!

This property is absolutely AMAZING!!! We couldn't have asked for a better location as it is close to everything!! The condo is huge and spotless with everything you could want or need. JoAnn is fantastic to deal with and responds quickly to any questions you may have. We met Marrocs when we arrived who showed us around the condo and explained everything to us. He is funny and is so nice! He reassured us if we had any problems or questions that we could message him. We highly recommend this large condo to anyone who wants a beautiful view with very comfortable beds and the sound of the waves to put you to sleep! Awesome condo, restaurant on property and great location 10/10 do not hesitate to book!

The condo is perfect. Super clean. Large living room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Exactly as pictured on website. We were greeted by Marcos who was waiting for us in the lobby. He was very helpful and showed us the apartment and everything we needed to know. The apartment is fully stocked. It has everything you need to cook a meal and has a washer and dryer. The pools below are amazing and clean and beautiful. The view out of the apartment is insane. The best part is that there is a restaurant onsite that serves breakfast, coffees, lunch and dinner and drinks. You can have the food delivered up to the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect. There are many restaurants walking distance and there is an outdoor mall with many shops and Starbucks. As an added bonus, there are 4-5 ladies that set up shop right outside the condo on the beach to give massages for 30/hour. Overall, this place gets a 10/10 from me. Do not hesitate to book this place and the owner, Joel is super nice and very attentive. Joel, thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back soon!

Excellent location, superb accommodation!

My family has just returned from an 8 day stay at this beautiful condo in Puerto Vallarta. Having stayed in Puerto Vallarta numerous times before, both at all inclusive and at condos in the marina area, I must say the Grand Venetian has the total package. The location is spectacular, being about 15 minutes by taxi from both the airport and the Malecon. There are grocery stores within walking distance, and Costco is about 1 km away. As well, there are some very good restaurants right across the road (8 Tostadas and Argentinian steakhouse get top votes!) As the building is right on the beach, separated only by the complex's swimming pool, the views from the balcony are absolutely stunning - the famous PV sunsets each evening did not disappoint. The condo was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. It is a gorgeous property and the photos do not do it justice - it is so beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. With the three bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms you could easily accommodate three couples or a large family. Lastly the amenities are wonderful. The complex has 5 pools, a restaurant/bar, gym, library with pool table. Although we were there over the busy Christmas break, the condo staff did their best to deal with "chair hoggers" (their name for those who like to "reserve" deckside chairs with a towel or personal item hours before their intended use). I would suspect that this wouldn't be an issue during other times of the year. I would definitely return to the Grand Venetian and to this condo!

Best vacation rental ever!

Words cannot describe this beautiful condo. From sitting on the large patio overlooking the ocean, to the beautiful city and ocean views from the master bedroom, to cooking in a well-stocked kitchen, this condo has it all. The furnishings are beautiful and Joann and Marcos made sure our stay surpassed our expectations. The condo was sparkling clean and it's truly one of the few times we wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely want to return. Our 46th wedding anniversary was extra special because of our stay in your beautiful condo, Joann.

Pictures do not do it justice, wonderful place to stay. JoAnn was great to deal with and property manager Marcos was delightful and very helpful. Terrific location close to everything, shopping, dining, etc Good restaurant on the property, Had a couple of dinners on the balcony, terrific view. We brought binoculars and we were able to see whales everyday. Great vacation, Thank you David & Susan W, NJ

Beautiful Condo and View

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday this year. The owner of the property was very helpful in answering my questions before the trip and giving us directions to the condo since we rented a car. Upon arrival, the property manager met us and the people at the front gate knew who we were and let us in. The manager showed us around the condo and was very helpful. The view from the condo was aMAZing. You could hear the ocean at all times and it was relaxing. We used the hot tub once, which is located on the balcony. The place is HUGE and could easily fit three couples, possibly more. Everything we needed was in the property. It was very safe as well, and there is 24 hour security. Internet worked the entire time and was super easy to get on to. One quick note about the gym. The pictures on Grand venetian's site show many more weight machines then are actually there. There are many cardio machines, but the weight machines are somewhat lacking. Who really wants to work out in Mexico anyway though, right? :). I highly recommend this condo. Amazing deal and everything went perfect. Awesome bday celebration. Oh, also, it was nice to have a washer and dryer. We did laundry nightly.

Had a Great time at Grand Venetian!! Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Went to sleep evey night listening to waves crashing on the shore. It doesn't get any better than that!! Beautiful weather evey day. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do and walking distance to many. Hope to be back!!

A Fantastic Tropical Vacation

We stayed in a condo at the Grand Venetian. I had no idea of what area in Puerta Villarta would be suitable for a beach vacation. Typically, the listings are by Old Towne, Downtown, Hotel and Marina. Boy did I guess right! The pictures in the listing were very true to exactly what the condo looked like. The owners were extremely helpful. We emailed several times back and forth. By the time we got to their condo, I felt like a welcomed guest. The property is fantastic with 3 infinity pools and one darling little pool that was tucked away which was a perfect spot for water aerobics or just lounging. Three of the pools were heated. We were withing walking distance of Walmart and other stores. A $5 cab ride took you about anywhere you wanted to go. We had a fantastic whale watching experience and many wonderful meals at the marina. Food and drink are exceptionally reasonable priced. The condo has a poolside bar/food area with great food. There are waiters by the pool for ordering drinks. The fresh fruit was delicious. We ate breakfast at the condo most days. The weather was fantastic every day. It rained one night. We were there in mid January. I would go back to the Grand Venetian in a heartbeat. We rented a car one day and found a resturant that was built into the cliff. I can't remember the exact name, but local folks will know what you meant. We were literally sitting right over the water watching whales hop out of the water and iguanas in nearby trees. Prior to this trip, I knew very little about PV. It is the 7th largest bay in the world and surrounded by the Sierra Madres mountain range. There is not a bad sight from anywhere in the city. You can zipline through the rainforest canopy, whale watch, dinner cruise, shop and relax. You don't need a car. We didn't golf, but you could if you want to. The courses looked as if they were nicely maintained.
