The Space:

You're sure to be the envy of your friends in this gorgeous beachfront home in the heart of Crystal Beach! Centrally located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision, this property is seconds away from the beach. There are amazing unobstructed views from nearly all areas of the home, including the two fully furnished, partially covered decks that are a beach lover's dream come true. The upper deck has lounge chairs for sunbathing and the mezzanine deck features a bar area!



The spacious living area is great for relaxing, with comfortable furniture and large screen TV. The gorgeous modern kitchen has all the appliances you need for your stay, and includes bar seating, as well as a dining table that can seat 10. Also on this main level are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has one king bed and a gorgeous ensuite bath, and the second bedroom features as a queen over queen bunk bed with guest bath.



Walk down the interior stairwell to the mezzanine level, and you'll find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature one queen bed each, and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.



The ground level patio area boasts a fish cleaning station, outdoor sand shower, charcoal grill, and additional seating - perfect for family cookouts and games of washers! Top View is the perfect place to make lasting beach memories!



No pets are allowed. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

I got up Friday night to get a drink and there was a roach on the kitchen counter. Only saw this one the whole weekend. Also it would have been nice if we were able to use the lift to bring things up and down.

Very Nice!

This beach house was located in the prime location. The house was nicely stocked with kitchen necessities, television's in all rooms and it was very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Kitchen was well appointed and open to dining and living area. Master BR was nice and I think our family guests enjoyed their bedrooms and bath, each having access to an outdoor deck. Cons: Would have been nice to use the lift to get our gear and supplies up to 3rd floor. There was a problem with the dishwasher that wasn’t resolved during our stay and required some hand washing etc. Linens and towels were provided but in a bag when we arrived. You’ll have to put on your sheets and make your bed - not a huge deal.Overall, our stay was great and would recommend this property to others.

There were an abundance of plates, cups, forks, etc. for large groups, so we never had to worry about running out of anything. The beds were all comfortable, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The multilevel deck and easy access to the beach was also a huge bonus. They have water faucets on every level and gates that lock on both decks, which is wonderful for keeping small children or pets from wandering. They have truly thought of every small detail. Great place, we would definitely rent this home again. It has all the comforts of home.

The beachfront location was awesome! The inside of the cabin allowed ample room for the adults and children to move around without being on top of one another. Overall, this is exactly what I look for in a beach cabin each time we go. We’ll be back for sure!!
